Great customer service, prices, honesty. I am so glad I found a shop I can trust.
I'm a retired veteran and government. so I know what great services are when you goto Deans auto shop. I have used him for more then 20yrs. since he moved from a smaller shop was on Busch blvd. and also most of my co worker, friend and family. he is honest fair and very trustworthy. he goes out of his way to make sure your repair s fit your budget. believe me if you go to the auto dealer you will have to morgue you house with there prices. you can't go wrong i 100% guarantee. he works on any make or model.
Nice guy but he takes way too long to fix cars being that he only has one mechanic and himself. He will keep your car there two days just to look at it.
He need to hire a mechanic(s).
Also, get your estimate in writing because he forgets what he quotes. The work is warranted but always ask him. That was my experience.
This place is very honest and it’s hard to find because we know dealers can cost so much . He will tell you the truth and charge way less !
I went in few weeks ago for an estimate. He briefly looked at the car, quoted an OK price little high but he said he can't fix the car for another 2 days. That was too long and I work. I had to go somewhere else and had the repair done in 3 hrs.
The word is “ great” . Great service, great employee and great management. I have been there more than 4 times and always absolutely satisfied.
Especially the manager, Dean, he is great guy.
The fee of services are really fair.
I absolutely recommend this place to everyone. Unlike some Automotive Centres, they don’t make big deal of small issues and charge customers for $$$. They do honest and good work.
Atlantic Automotive is awesome. My family has been coming here for the last decade and we always receive the best care and quality work at a really good price. Dean is always super friendly and super knowledgeable of all things automotive. He is honest and will never try to up-sell you on unnecessary things like other auto shops. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Atlantic Automotive! As a woman who is always afraid to go and get her car checked because she’s not sure if someone’s going be honest I feel totally comfortable bringing all my car needs to Dean at Atlantic Automotive.
