Umm… no. I literally loved this place because of the owner. He’s always been super sweet and has helped fix a prob with my car of course. I needed to call them again to see if they were available for me to tow my car over, it seems appropriate to call first. I called just now. 1st time they answer, I said hello, they acted like they didn’t hear me for two seconds, then hung up. The 2nd time was answered with lots of screaming yelling, most of it was incoherent, but I got out “WHY YOU KEEP CALLING” and hung up immediately. So um…. No I will never be coming here again. Traumatizing and weirded out , I hate it when lazy employees ruin business’s, especially since the owner was more than awesome. If you come here I hope you’re treated kindly, but be ready to stand up for yourself…. Or random yelling in the phone. I’m sorry if this seems hard to read it’s just, that was super weird and I’ve never had a business answer a phone like that.
Great shop. Gave me a fair price and told me 3 hours. It was done in little bit less than 3 hours. Would come back for sure.
This auto shop is a hidden gem. Once you establish a relationship with Tran you're set! I count Tran a personal friend. He's very knowledgeable about all kinds of vehicles especially Honda's and is often able to predict likely issues and always gives you the cheapest or smartest fix. I only imagine what he could do with a nicer auto shop. Highly recommended.
Bring your car here! Tran was excellent in getting me in fast, diagnosing the issue, and repairing the problem related to my belt pulley. Great communication and reasonable prices. Will definitely come back!
Tran is a great guy. Got me in on short notice to replace a brake booster. Fair price, honest shop. Glad I stumbled across this place. Highly recommend.
I was referred to Thao and Atlantic Auto by another mechanic in St. Pete. I got good vibes immediately when I talked to the staff here. Thao, the owner, is a cool dude and a long time St. Pete resident. He was upfront about the pricing, and he shows you what parts were replaced. This is my go-to place for auto repair.
This shop owner not only fixed my car the same day after needing to be towed but also picked me up when car was ready. Helpful, courteous, very forth coming. My first time using this repair shop and very impressed with their integrity and knowledge about car repairs.
Don't let the shop's appearance fool you. Thao is quick, honest and very good. Another shop told me I needed all 4 brake rotors replaced. He checked and told me the front rotors where fine and only replaced the rear ones. I figure Tho saved me at least $250.00 in parts and labor.
