I went during my trip to Atlanta. I parked at the parking lot at the aquarium and the restaurant is just across the street. The restaurant is not big, but I did not need to wait when arrived at around 8:50 AM on the Memorial Day. The food is good and I would love to come again.
I ordered the dirty bird. This dish is an upgrade (not just once but a lot better) to the normal chicken and waffle. It contains soft waffle, fried chicken, bacon, omelette and gravy on top. This combination is crazy since it combines several of my favorite breakfast option and makes them coherent.
For the fried chicken, it is so crispy even with the gray on top. The waffle is so soft, but is firm enough to hold all the stuff on it. It has the right sweetness. Putting an omelette in the sandwich like dish is a new idea for me. The omelet has cheese inside, which is melted when it is served. The bacon is crispy also. The gravy is the magical component here. If we just combine the component without the gravy, the dish will be too dry. The gray is creamy, but not heavy, which makes the dish moisture. Stacking everything together makes the sandwich so big. In the first time in my life, I did not know how to bite the sandwich and had everything in one bite.
Overall, I loved the dish a lot. However, for people who do not like heavy break fast, it might not be a good option for them. I feel lucky that I am not an Atlanta local. Otherwise, I would love to come to this place every day.
This is the place everyone comes to on Sunday for brunch. Now I’m sure there are other places in Atlanta but this is one of the top ones. There will be a wait especially if you go on Sunday so make reservations. The food is filling and amazing! I just wish the temperature was hotter. They are extremely busy so maybe that’s why it wasn’t piping hot when it came to the table.
Our waiter “Chill Will” had a lot of personality and recommendations. That chicken biscuit with shrimp gravy was a hit! Eggs were scrambled to perfection. Salmon croquettes are made with real salmon not the canned stuff! French toast is bomb! A little on the sweet side so if you don’t like sugar don’t get them. Would definitely return when I’m back in the A!
Yummy food I ordered the chicken and waffles. It was absolutely yummy and delicious. It was served with some sort of fantastic butter and the best maple syrup I’ve ever had. The portion was big two pieces of chicken and two waffles. You can ask eggs if you want to, but I didn’t. It was great.
Had a great time at the Atlanta Breakfast Club! Currently in town for an event at the Georgia World Congress Center and had time to stop for a delicious breakfast!
Highly recommend starting with the cinnamon roll, it’s delicious and a nice starter, or even your whole meal if you’re a light eater because that thing was big!
Nikki and her team are stars in the food business! The food is amazing southern cuisine! We had the chicken and waffles and the P biscuit. All the service was prompt and super nice! The DJ outside was pumping jams and inside had great music! Can’t recommend this place enough as a southerner! It was so nice we went twice!!
My experience at Atlanta Breakfast Club was fantastic. The loaded chicken and waffles and the Georgia peach chicken and waffles were both outstanding dishes that I would highly recommend. Our waiter was welcoming and knowledgeable and provided some wonderful opinions for us to try.The restaurant offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the friendly staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a memorable breakfast or brunch spot in Atlanta, be sure to check out Atlanta Breakfast Club!
This place gets crazy busy, so definitely get on the Yelp wait list. It's totally worth the wait though, the service is excellent and the food is beyond delicious. The peach cobbler French toast was outstanding!
Decided last minute to dine here after the Hot Chocolate Run, and so did everyone else! The hostess was friendly and welcoming. I let her know that I had put my name on the waitlist online. The two of us waited about 30 min before being seated. The place is very cozy so the waiting area was very tight. Once seat we were greeted by our server, she was pleasant and told us the popular dishes. She brought us water which was in a carton. I ordered chicken and waffles and my friend ordered the breakfast tacos. The food was seasoned well and very tasty. It came out surprisingly quick too. Great first time and I’ll be returning.
