I used to love this place but I guess they are running on hard times and cutting corners. We got a hot pastrami and the steakhouse. I always get the steakhouse sandwich and the meat used to be about 1/2 inch thick. Now it's barely one little slice. I mean who makes a sandwich with one slice of deli meat?
These folks know how to treat you right. The food is exceptional and the staff is extremely courteous and professional. Highly recommend this establishment. I even met one of the Brave's aces while I was there.
Third person back in the line and it took 20 minutes to get to the register. Then had to wait over 20 minutes to get the 2 breakfast sandwiches we ordered. Bread was hard as a rock and egg was way overcooked. Food was all but inedible. Lousy food, lousy service and it cost us over $14. That's with just one drink. Will never even entertain the thought of eating here again.
I always wanted to try this place, so finally ordered some soup. It was only half way full and it’s mostly broth. I wouldn’t recommend, unfortunately. :(
Yesterday was our first time there, and the experience was excellent. Very clean restaurant. Customer service was genuine and just so thoughtful. Our order was prepared deliciously. We were left craving for more, and I just pick up and order right now. Great team they have there! I’m so glad we found our new spot as we get to know the area
Go get you a great Everything toasted bagel with regular cream cheese and let Beth brighten your day!! She was one of the only friendly people we encountered on our trip! She is definitely a breath of fresh air!
Pretty good overall but a little pricey for what you get. Don't go when you're really hungry. Sandwiches are good if a little on the small side for the price.
Crowded at lunch and they seem to have a problem retaining employees. Every time we go it's a whole new crew and no one really seems to know what they're doing.
Super accommodating to my needs, especially this one gentleman. I was very appreciative for the customer service that he showed me. Really good food. And a great place to come and sit and have coffee or tea and a snack and plug in.
