I wanted to get my tcm reprogram. But it wasn't shifting right. And it was shifting hard. So I try the old tcm and it was working fine. But they messed up my newer tcm and now I took it ricos autoshop
I needed work done on an older Nissan Xterra. It was leaking oil and they told me that it needed gaskets replaced in several areas. I authorized and was told it would be about $1,200. They called me later and said there was a big leak on the bottom oil pan and a leaking rear seal. I told her the rear seal would require an engine rebuild and I wasn't interested in that but I said go ahead and replace the oil pan gasket. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was told it was over $1,900. I asked why and was told that there was a lot of disassembly to replace the bottom oil pan. I went ahead and paid. I drove it and there was an odor of burning oil in the vehicle still. I figured maybe it was just left over oil but I should go ahead and talk to the mechanic. I went over there and asked if he could see me for just a minute and they said I would have to make an appointment and leave the vehicle there. I told her that I couldn't do that because I was taking it out of town and I just had a very quick question. She said we don't do that here. I had been there previously and the mechanic then was very friendly and he did come out and talk to me about my vehicle. I left and told her I would not be coming back.
Professional people. They are a really big help when I got stuck in Gallup due to my vehicle won't start at all. Got me complete quotation and Tara explained everything about the vehicle issue. Assured me that they would be able to fix my vehicle within a reasonable time frame. Will recommend!
Great service! We were traveling through on our way to the Grand Canyon and the heat shield under our car came loose and was rattling around. They jumped right on it and got us back on the road quickly. Good honest service. Thank you!
Locally owned, honest and very professional. It's very hard to find a place you can trust your vehicle. They even allowed me to do payment plan which really helped me a lot. Thumbs up to this shop and the team!

I really want to like this place, it's locally owned and friendly but I've lost my trust in the mechanics and can't recommend. I got some work done on my steering wheel a few months back on my BMW station wagon. Documentation from the shop says that the power steering reservoir was replaced along with a number of other parts. Just took the car to another shop in town that specializes in foreign-made autos and was told that the power steering reservoir appears to be the original. Disappointing to pay for service that was not actually performed. In addition was told that the wrong type of coolant was used for this vehicle at last service and that the reasons front light bulbs burned out was likely due to installation error.
