My husband and I were looking to eat something completely different than usual and we saw this place. I was a little nervous since I didn’t know what to order or what it was and the food was WOW!!! Delicious. Server was amazing and helpful with the menu, really sweet girl. Will definitely recommend and visit again.
This is hands down the best restaurant Ive been to in Florida. I brought my wife here after a trip to Universal and we had lamb couscous and harira soup. The portion sizes were quite large at an affordable price. The food was authentic and very flavorful. The meat was basically falling off the bone. The restaurant was so beautiful and very clean, with the kindest service. The staff really knows what they’re doing. I wish I could give it 6/5 stars. Definitely check this place out!
The ambiance of this restaurant is good, we went there for Takeaway Dinner and ordered 4-6 person platter plus one extra full meal. When we came at room and checked the meal was partially delivered, they have not gave half of the order. I called them first they ignored me and again on next call a different person was there and he said sorry and told me to come again, I went there bought food but still the made mistake. Food taste was not bad but quantity wise very poor.
Or maybe they didn’t provide me appropriately. I was so disappointed even they have provided complementary Bacalava.
We were visiting Orlando for a vacation and searching for a restaurant came across this place. Great delicious food, amazing warm welcoming interiors. We loved their Tajin dishes and the Shawarma.
Lamb shank was cooked to perfection. Will recommend this place
Visited Ataj with my family for dinner. The restaurant boasts a spacious setting and an authentically inviting atmosphere. Every dish we tried was a delight. The harira soup was incredibly flavorful, the lamb tajine was exquisite – a definite must-try. Additionally, the chicken shawarma wrap was equally delectable. Our evening concluded with an authentic Moroccan tea that had a wonderful aroma, complemented by the delightful baklava. We're thrilled to have had this fantastic dining experience in Orlando, made even better by the fact that it's halal. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.
Googled food near me to try something different… and I was not disappointed! The food was so good! Fresh, flavorful and great portions for a good price. The atmosphere was very pretty. We happen to arrive right before the dinner rush so there wasn’t many people and we got seated right away the staff was very friendly and we didn’t wait long for our food. It was a great experience all around and we will definitely be back ! Highly recommend! The Moroccan Mint tea was great as well.
This Moroccan restaurant was so amazing that my kids asked to have it again the next day even though it was their first time trying the cuisine! Every single dish was impeccably made and incredibly tasty. We tried a variety of items across the 2 dinners-- three tagines, lamb couscous, bastilla, beef breast rolls, salads, and cowfoot and everything was a winner. Apparently the restaurant transitioned from serving Indian food to Moroccan food hence the different reviews.
Please, please, PLEASE check them out-- you won't regret it! We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area.
I was at Kissimmee Orlando for a job and stop by Ataj Moroccan restaurant and ordered Mix shawarma food is delicious I will definitely come back
