Horrible service, I will never go back!!!!
On March 12 I sent a package to Ireland. The package arrived with 12/16 things missing. I made a reclamation to Poland and after a month it got denied. I called them once again and they told me that in Poland it’s a long weekend the whole week and they said they would Call me the following week. And then they never did. When I called again the we very rude, arrogant, unkind, and she was yelling at me. Then I talked to the owner and she told me that she made $3 on the package and was extremely rude about it. She told me to go call myself. After the contact with the main office they told me that they just received the reclamation and that it was over two months and that they couldn’t do anything. The office I sent from kept me waiting for two months so I wouldn’t get my money back. The service there is terrible I will never recommend.
Horrible service. Please be advised, recently my sister purchased plane tickets here, while booking the agent checked their passports for expiration. Her husbands was about to expire(within weeks) they asked if he was safe to fly. The agent not being sure called to ask what the regulation was. She was told he is fine. Well they never acted to get him a new passport. Showed up on date of travel at ohare and he couldn't fly you need 6mos of validity to travel to Poland. Now naturally they called back to the agent no answer even though the hours stated that they were still open. So they proceeded to call the airlines, where they were told to have their agent call and everything would be sorted out. The next day after receiving a last min passport they went back to the agent only to be mocked and told that no one could have told them this. They refused to rebook their tickets, told them they could buy new ones for over $2,000! Well let's just say my sister did end up buying new tickets but NOT FROM HERE!!!!!

Had to send one package several months ago to Poland. They labeled my box wrong. It ended up at sombody elses home. It took days for my father in law to fix their mistake, dozen phone calls, and finally they found it somewhere half opened. Good that nothing was missing.
Next time, two boxes, few months later similar story. I printed my address and destination on the form AND BOXES AS WELL and they put the wrong zip code on the label. What is funny( or sad) it's the same guy working on it, first and second time. My packages where waiting for I don't know what 6 weeks in Warsaw. I paid for plane delivery(less than 2 weeks). No phone call, nothing.
Finally when I went back to the office to see what is going on they said it will be delivered for additional $20 fee. Really?! I have to pay for mistake that he made. Can't even enter delivery address correctly into computer. Just saying, same guy, pretty much same mistake. Learn to double check your work or go back to school!!!! Do not waste people time and money!!!!
