Front office staff member and the nurse were extremely helpful and friendly. However we got there about an hour and a half before they closed up for the day. Both my sons and I had to be seen that day. So it took us awhile there with our appointments and filling out all of our demographic intake paperwork. The doctor who saw us was had obviously had a long day and it was apparent she was ready to go home for the day because she kind of rushed through our exams and I didn't feel she was as thorough as she should have been with the symptoms I told her we were experiencing. My 2 sons and I are still feeling under the weather and its been 5 days already since our visit here. I think that we might need to get a second opinion on our diagnosis from another doctor or Urgent Care facility. If I do come back here I will have to make sure to come earlier in the day when the doctor isn't already tired and ready to go home.
After being in a horrible accident having neck, arm, and chest pain I was not listened to. I was told their X-ray machine wasn’t good enough so I asked for a X-ray referral to Santa Fe imaging. I was told would just have to go to the ER. I paid a lot of money for no help.

I called and was immediately welcomed. I was seen the same day for my grandsons and the visit was fast and smooth. I highly recommend for non life threatening situations, the visit that’s required but you can’t get into your regular doctor for months.
I came to urgent care recently and was very disappointed and upset with the experience. I had went in to get a cough, sore throat, etc treated and they basically just told me i had a cold. Only testing me for the flu. I think this office does a poor job at treating people for their concerns because they treat people as if they are drug seeking. When someone is sick and they come to a medical office it is usually because they tried treating themselves at home but are still feeling unwell so they are looking for professional help. Please look into this concern Aspen Urgent Care in Espanola.
If I could leave a zero review I would. I can't believe how someone could be so negligent in the medical field, rude, and careless. I don't know what kind of practice is being done here, but I feel for patients who visit this place. My advice is to go to the Los Alamos Hospital walkin clinic instead. Health is too important.
Talk about no bedside manner and a doctor who should not be treating children. She was rude the entire visit and instead of communicating with the patient and asking questions, she was demeaning, rude and had very poor communication skills. I will no longer use aspen urgent care ever again. I don’t recommend anyone with children or with special needs go there either.
The entire experience, from the moment Ive started coming has been welcoming JEN was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received.
