This was my second visit in several months, for different issues. I was very impressed both times. Short wait, pleasant front desk staff, efficient and personable interview/exam. Will definitely return if I ever need it, and highly recommend it.
Extremely caring friendly and helpful team from start to finish. Dr. Cat really listened to my health concerns and gave me all the tests and tools to address my health issues. Was also nice to be able to get blood work done on premises. I love this place & all the people and medical staff that work here.
I had to visit Aspen medical emergency care for a finger laceration. I was treated with respect, humor and collegial consideration in deciding my care plan. Hesitant to even go due to how long such visits can take, I was in and out within an hour-sutured finger and follow up, done. I truly appreciate how efficient and personal my treatment team was.
We were visiting from out of town and needed urgent care services. We walked in without an appointment. Staff at the front desk were friendly and gave prompt attention. After completing the necessary paperwork, we were called in for vitals and shown to an exam room. After a very brief wait, we were seen by a practitioner that was friendly, conversational and professional. The whole experience took about an hour. The only negative was that the furniture and equipment looked well worn. The positive is that all of the staff were compassionate and friendly.
Convenient Southside location and open until nine pm. Friendly front desk staff, the doctor made us feel rushed and forgot to call the prescription in to the pharmacy. Fortunately, the error was rectified and we received our prescription a few hours later.
The receptionist lady was pleasant and when I arrived there my file was ready to the nurse. One problem with the nurse was that she did not correct the pharmacy to the different new CVS at sant fe even I told her the new CVS . I needed to go to the old CVS to get the prescription. Dr. was pleasant. Overall I am very satisfied with the ASPEN urgent care.
I was greeted promptly and with a smile, and I was seen shortly after I finished the required paperwork. All staff were professional and helpful, and the doctor, Tina, was outstanding. She was caring, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I wish she could be my primary care physician. I have only visited a few urgent care centers, but this was by far the nicest.
Alana Ruston was my care provider. I really appreciate how she took time to talk with me about my health situation, including many dietary recommendations. She was kind, thorough, engaged, and direct. All staff were excellent and engaged, and seemed happy in their work. That’s so unusual!
