My husband and I both had a new patient appointment. Although we waited quite a while, we were extremely happy with our experience and every member of the staff we encountered. Dr. Augustin was the perfect mix of friendly and professional. Unlike other dental clinics we have visited, we felt no pressure to have expensive procedures done. We were given options to the work that needs to be done. Until today, we have absolutely no faith in any dentist or dental clinic. Thank you, Aspen Dental, for restoring our faith. We look forward to many years of wonderful of service at this establishment.
Extremely happy with the molar extraction & service received today. Staff were friendly, thorough & professional with me. Answered questions & effectively ease my nerves through the entire process, having a long-term fear of dentists. Received verbal & written aftercare instructions. The facility is esthetically appealing & clean. I'm returning for more needed care & would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to family & friends.
Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. Explained my options and any payment information. I was able to schedule my cleaning for later the same day. I am very pleased with my experience today.
Excellent experience start to finish. Everyone was so nice! I'm usually very anxious about going to the dentist and have avoided it for years but a broken tooth made that impossible. Then once I met the dentist all nervousness was gone. He had such a calming manner and was so kind I'm not the least bit concerned about coming back to have the tooth removed.
I had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly efficient. The doctor took the time to explain the health of my teeth. They were able to clean my teeth the same day without an soreness.
I had the best experience. I chose an evening appointment. That is so helpful when you work from 8 to 5. The X-ray films didn’t cut into my gums, the staff and doctor were patient and courteous, and there was even a television for me to watch, which helped keep my anxiety away. Highly recommend!
These people don't accept Medicaid. What???? Seriously, guaranteed money from the government and they won't take it? Only one reason I can think of they would refuse to take it......they think having us "poor folks" in their office might give people the wrong impression. Can't have that in such a small town now, can we? Irritating that I've gotta drive an hour to get my teeth worked on around here. It seemed like such a nice place before I moved here. Well the grass is always greener and all that.
Wonderful. I’ve always have had fear. Do not have a good history with teeth. Had unhealthy drug and diet habits and no judgment whatsoever. Teeth themselves are obviously expensive no matter what and they work with you to figure out the best plan for you with care and enthusiasm. Can’t believe I’m actually stating this but “I have found my dentist!” Never thought I’d say those words.
