First time coming and absolutely enjoyed my experience. I came because I wanted to continue my care with Dr.Campbell but was surprised how amazing the rest of the staff was! The teamwork was some of the best! Thank you Laquesta, Miranda, Susie, Meryl, and Dr Campbell! Look forward to transferring the rest of the family to Aspen Dental!
I will NEVER recommend this dentist to anyone! I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was in quite a bit of pain and Aspen was the only local dentist that could get me in quickly, because every other dentist in the area was booked 2-3 weeks out and I could not wait that long. So I made an appointment, had an evaluation, and the problem tooth is one I've had issues with before, so they recommended either a root canal or an extraction. Of course the cheaper option was the extraction so I opted for that and just be done with it. They scheduled me for the following week and their office manager told me it would be under $200 and my insurance would cover it. So I go in for the extraction and surprise the receptionist tells me my insurance will not cover it and I needed to pay them $300. When I questioned why their office manager told me it would be covered, she just shrugged. So their office manager lied that my insurance would cover it and lied about the pricing. Regardless, the tooth needed to be dealt with and I had no choice but to pay it, so we proceed with the appointment. So the hygienist puts the numbing gel in my mouth, then Dr. Warren comes in and begins to inject the anesthetic. Does this 4--5 times and the final time his hand slipped and he stuck the roof of my mouth. It didn't hurt, but I still felt it. Then he injects where its supposed to go, only the hygienist did not apply enough numbing gel, so I did feel it and I just about came out of the chair. He asked if I was okay and I said no that last one was extremely painful and he just said "Oh, well I had to stick you in your gums, so its gonna hurt." Excuse me? That's your response to a patient you just hurt? God forbid you give an apology. I tried not to, but I started crying in the chair and the hygienist just handed me a wadded up paper towel and said "sorry this happens sometimes" I'm sorry what? That what, you don't know how to do your job? I didn't even know what to say. The extraction itself went quickly and was fine, but as soon as the tooth was out Dr. Warren didn't hardly say two words to me and told the hygienist to put gauze in my mouth and wrap things up, then he moved onto the next patient. And he didn't even prescribe me with enough pain meds. I totally understand if a dental practice is busy, but this place is just another chain that runs people through like cattle. It was obvious they don't really care about their patients. I get a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and this was just about the worst experience I've ever had. I could not get out of there fast enough. This place is a joke.
Went to office to go over my bill and the receptionist physically threatened me. Stay away from this place. I'm waiting on the regional manager to call and it's been over a week. I was told today that no request for a regional manager was ever submitted. All I wanted was a break down of payments and Noone wants to give it to me. I've paid almost $3,000.00 and now they say I owe $1,700.00 but no explanation.
Hygienist is great manager is questionable. She can't seem to get her books right...

Exceptional service, had a dental emergency while on an out of town trip. The staff got me and and treatment completed quickly and effectively. All the staff was very kind and accommodating.
I went to Aspen Dental in order to have my teeth looked at to address some cosmetic flaws I wanted to fix. Their website states they specialize in cosmetic dentistry. The dentist took one look at my mouth and said there was nothing wrong with my teeth and to stop looking in the mirror so much. That was it. He was inconsiderate, and completely dismissed my concerns. I will never go back, and will never recommend this place to anyone.
I thought the staff was very nice but I wasn't impressed with the substitute dentist who saw me. I guess the original dentist was out. I can't wait to meet him. Nice place and the staff was really nice and thorough.
I love the office staff and the dental assistants, but how is Dr. Warren still licensed??? I was practically in a headlock just getting 3 teeth pulled. September 2023 I had everything on the top pulled and got dentures and didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. Dr. Warren pulling 3 teeth was a nightmare! I have sores on my lips from where he pinched my lip between my teeth and his tools. I can barely eat because of how sore my mouth is between the extractions and the sores. I refuse to let him work on me anymore. And this review is directed towards him NOT the girls that are always there!
Miranda is so sweet. She took time to explain everything and to answer all of my questions thoroughly . She really listened when I spoke to her. I hope the rest of my office visits go just as well.
