So far, my experience with Aspen Dental has been excellent! Everyone is friendly and outgoing and very helpful. They have explained to me everything I need to know about my dental needs in clear and easy to understand language. I’m excited to see the final outcome! Just as an aside, they do need to hire a better cleaning service. Lots of dust on the bottom of the chairs and debris around the floor. ????
I was made to feel very comfortable walking through the door. The entire staff was knowledgeable, respectful, and extremely helpful in developing a treatment plan specifically for me. Although I have not yet had a treatment, I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone with dental needs.
For my first appointment, they called 30 minutes before the scheduled time to cancel it because they weren’t staffed for it - I had already driven an hour so they squeezed me in. For my second appointment the office marked me down for the wrong kind of appointment and couldn’t see me for 3 hours after my appointment. We live over an hour away and it’s not worth the drive for this quality of service.
Staff were very nice and the appointment started almost at my scheduled time. Staff and doctor explained everything before he started and then gave me options that fit my needs. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Bartlesville, OK.

Everything was clearly explained, they were very fast and friendly, I usually get very anxious at the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable. Very good pricing and payment options, everyone was greatly appreciated
I have so much to say about this business. Dentist and hygienist were good. The office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I was given a "care plan" for dental procedures. They charged me $1599 on Care Credit before they knew if they could save my #19 molar. I went to the endodontist. Tooth can't be saved. Went back to Aspen. They didn't ask A THING about my endodontist appointment. THEY sent me to an endodontist. They DID do a scaling and planing on the second visit. That was on October 30, 2023. They have NEVER sent my insurance the charting they have been asking for since the procedure. I have kept VERY detailed records of EVERY phone call I've made to this office AND Cigna Dental has requested the information 4 times now. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM here?? They took the money from Care Credit without filing with my insurance. $600 more than with insurance. All i want is for them to send the correct charting for the procedure to my insurance. Is there ANYONE out there that can help me with this??? BBB has been contacted. Small claims court is my next step. BEWARE anyone considering Aspen in Bartlesville, OK.
Dr. Semon and his team did a wonderful job. I will go back and I trust them completely. Great job! Excellent care.
