Actually dined in for a change. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly and took our order immediately. The order was almost correct, only missing the Au Jus for the French dip. We were the only ones in the restaurant and drive thru was dead, so staff was in back and it took a few minutes to get their attention about the missing Au Jus, but they immediately brought us one out.
The big negative…the restaurant was FREEZING, literally like we each had a shirt and sweatshirt on and were still COLD! So cold our food got cold quick, so we ate fast and left to warm up in our car. We asked one of the staff and he said it’s a different temperature e Rey day and he’s not allowed to touch it. Come on Arby’s, DO BETTER!
Tried the Mac n cheese bites, they were fabulous! I love that they have all of the sauces in pumps so you can help yourself!
If you want meat, Arby’s has that. I enjoy a roast beef sandwich once in a while. I ate the sandwich. It’s been 4 hours since I ate the sandwich. In my younger days I enjoyed the roast turkey bacon and ranch with curly fries and a raspberry tea… that was 20 years ago ????. WOW who knew all these memories would come rushing back to me…
The "Fast" in "fast food" isn't really a priority for them. We had a 12 hour drive ahead of us but needed to stop for food. Like an idiot I said "I'd rather do Arby's than McDonald's". Big big mistake. The lady that took are order was nice and was great with our kids. But then the waiting began. It took twenty minutes from the time on the recept to the time we got our food. If you want the wait time of a sit-down restaurant with the quality of fast food, here's your spot.
The order was simple, we ordered 3 number 1s..all identical…after getting home the food looked like they threw it against the wall and slide it off a roof. The worst I’ve seen in awhile. Very disappointed.
Pretty typical Arby's experience. The meal cost us like $24 for 2 people getting a sandwich fries and a shake but it was OK. You don't go to Arby's to save money on fast food that's for sure.
Was clean, got quick service & freshly made food.
Stopped for a small roast beef at drive thru and was given a double large with cheese and curly fries. My dog enjoyed the fries .I was hungry so I ate it
Willy and I went by the drive through and Cassandra and her assistant in the back were nothing than friendly and loving.
Willy , my service dog got a pup cup, that he LOVED.
