Not impressed. I first tried to get 2 for $6 roast beef and the employee said the coupon didn’t work. Second I ordered a smoked brisket meal and got a turkey sandwich.

This Arby's is great!! The service is always friendly. It's clean!! Food is excellent and make quickly and efficiently. And I love that they have a very well taken care of, live tree inside!! We always try to seat close to it.
The last few times I've been to Arby's the food and service have been pretty good! The food is hot and my order is filled accurately. The service is a little slow but not terrible. My only complaint is that they ask "anything else?" after every item. It's frustrating when you're ordering several things and they keep interrupting you to ask that. LOL Overall, this Arby's is a decent place to get a quick meal. The chicken bacon Swiss sandwich and crinkle fries are my favorite. The jamocha shake is also very good.
Ordered a 2 for 6 chicken sandwiches and got 2 sandwiches WITHOUT CHICKEN!!! AN UNBELIEVEABLE DISPLAY OF IMCOMPETENCE to forget the 1 thing that should go on an order. This place should be shut down if this is how they complete orders.
I come back and the man on the line says "I've been on the line the whole time, theres no way I forgo-" then throws the bag away seeing the chickenless sandwiches. Just an unbelievably incompetent employee.
This location has always been great. Good service, good food. Tables are clean and condiments are stocked. I would recommend.
Staff were great. Food was great as well. All was fresh. My son got a kick out of the tree in the dining area.
Worst experience I've had. Missing Classic roast beef, packaging was disgusting and my drink was wrong. I could barely take the paper off the roast beef slider pictured below. to make matters worse, they don't answer the phone.
Most nasty, overcooked food I have ever gotten from Arby's. The fries were cold and hard and the brisket sandwich had been sitting around for what looked like days. The cheese literally looked green and the meat was dry and old. Just plain lazy people I guess who didn't want to make fresh food 30 minutes from closing time. I knew what it would be like when I saw which Arby's the food was coming from. This Arby's doesn't have good food like the one on Cantrell. Don't waste your money if you want food that hasn't been sitting around for hours.
