Everything was great except for the curly fries. They tasted day old & dried out almost like they were fried from the day before. This is my 3rd curly fries try from 3 different Arby's location & not impressed with this fries. Maybe that's curly fries taste in general?
I do enjoy their hot & fresh crinkle fries.
This location is normally clean (I went through the drive thru for this visit), & welcoming. The service was quick & easy as always.
Chicken bacon Swiss is made with tenders now instead of the breast patty?! Called, someone picked up the phone then hung up. Then no answer on the call backs.. no sauce for nuggets or roast beef (3rd time at this location)
App ordered for wrong location, young lady at the window helped me get a refund and prepped my order expedient and with a huge smile. Thank you for making a frustrating situation better!
Whoever made me a beef and cheddar on April 11, 2024 @ 10:30pm deserves a raise actually tho
Very over priced. 4 Sliders (which are not very big and smaller than when they use to come in those tiny boxes) 5 piece jalapeños bites and the total came to $14. Here's a picture of the sliders that use to be a dollar, now1.99, might as well say two dollars.
2 trips in a week up to GVSU. Ordered the brisket sandwich both times. The first one was so good, it immediately became my favorite (the bun, sauce, and onion rings) made for a perfect sandwich.) The second time, it was just okay. Not as much sauce, but somehow, the onion rings ended up kind of soggy. It still tasted alright, but not quite as spectacular. Willing to try a third time.
Welp if your a doordasher dont show up at the store if they just closed cause you'll get the cops called on you for nothing. Was simply trying to ask if I needed to cancel the order, and got labeled as a criminal. #lovin it
UPDATE: Followed the link and completed feedback. Did not hear from anyone.
I decided against going back to get a refund because it is out of my way and I simply don’t have time. I did share a picture of my receipt when I completed my survey, so they have it.

The sandwiches are good, but there are miscommunications and incorrect orders at times. One time I used their app to order and wasn’t informed that the shake machine was down until I was almost there. I did not get a refund for the difference in cost between shakes and sodas. I eventually got that straightened out. Another time I ordered a double roast beef and received a regular size. Today, I was given beef and cheddar sandwiches but I ordered regular roast beef. Will be getting that straightened out next time I roll through town.
My last complaint concerns the wait to get fries. Whenever I order straight-cut fries, there’s a wait. They say they don’t keep many on hand. One time I decided to switch up and order curly fries and I still experienced a wait. That never happened even once before the pandemic. Now it’s every single time I go.
