Use to love this place now that it's getting to be a joke. it seems that every time we go there out of roast beef cheese sticks, it's a roast beef restaurant. How do you keep running out. order more next time problem solved.
We (out-of-towners) just stopped here with our hungry family of 7. Lucy was so helpful & so kind! Food was fast and delicious. Would definitely go back!
$27 for two number 5 meals. I'm the only one in drive thru and one person dining inside. After waiting 10mins told to pull forward. No one's behind me, waited another 5 minutes.
Me and my girlfriend ordered our food through drive thru tonight and ended up having to go through drive thru again because they messed up pretty much our whole order. Also to mention that there was 1 worker wearing boots shorts in the work place instead of her work clothes. I really don't appreciate the night crew for messing up our order and having us wait close to 45 to a hour for all our food.
Food was okay. Way too much sauce on sandwiches. Was told it was going to be a five minute wait on chicken for the sandwiches I ordered. Waited 25 minutes. They brought out the wrong order. Got upset when I told them it was wrong and they forgot the fries and only brought the sandwiches. Got upset again when I asked about the fries. When apologizing the lady unwelcomingly touched my arm. Would not recommend to anyone.
Waited for 10 minutes without someone even acknowledging that I was in line . Only 1 customer in the restaurant. Restaurant wasn't busy and either was the drive thru .
The cook and window guy kept using profanity and swearing about the food they needed to cook or service . I watched the cook make 3 French dips one didn't even have t much meat on it and it was pushed to one side of the bread
Very rude people in general .
They forgot the curly fries this time, and apparently, they now use lunch meat.
Save your money. DON'T go to the Arby's in Vernal UT.
I ordered a large curly fries, hoping that at least some of them would be curly fries.
This location always gives nubs instead of curly fries. The quality of food at this location has gone downhill.
I would not recommend the Vernal UT location.
I have sat in the drive thru up to 15-20 minutes getting just a turnover and there was only 2 cars ahead of me!!. And once went inside ( I was the ONLY customer in there ) and it still took just as long.
Love the food, and that's it !!
