This was probably the worse Arby’s I’ve ever been to. The lady that took my order in the drive-through was so rude. She kept rushing me to place my order. When I asked my kid what kind of fries she wanted the lady laughed. I didn’t even get sauce for my mozzarella sticks. On one of the meals I asked for a lemonade to replace the drink. When I finally got my food I realized the receipt had extra charges. The drive through lady gave me a random soda I didn’t ask for. I ended up going inside to speak with a manager, she was helpful and refund my money back for the items I didn’t order. The lady in the drive through should not be working around people with that attitude. I believe her name is Amber. Forgot to mention food was cold. I would never recommend or go back.
Just went. Great experience. We got exactly what we ordered. We got 4 beef and cheddar sandwiches. Food was good as usual. The guy who helped us was one of the nicest employees we've had at a restaurant. Inside was clean. Bathroom was clean too. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible.
We order food around 7:30 pm, the girl at the window has zero customer service knowledge, like she was working for free and our curly fries were only half way full
Rude employees. I could not get back out to get what they had forgotten in my meal and was told "they were busy and he isn't going to go back and forth with me because he offered to make it right if I came back". Not a single customer in the store or in the drive thru when I went in to place my order. And not everyone can just drive all the way back. Nor did I want to as I had been running all day, had not eaten at all, and was sick. So THANKS for that! Came to you to make my night easier and paid a pretty penny just to NOT eat. It's always hit or miss at this restaurant but to treat people like that when they didn't get what they paid for... Ridiculous. No wonder it's always dead and people aren't lining up to eat there.
Very inconsistent. Some days with the right crew this location is great. When their off the food and the service leave something to be desired. We stopped in today, 3/4/24 about 6PM. I expect a bit off a wait since its around the dinner rush. Nope, in the time it took us to order in the drive through and drive around to the pay window food was being shoved out the window. The person who took order was impolite. I asked for a receipt and didn't get one. My strawberry lemonade wasn't mixed, the food wasn't even warm when we got it. I would have gladly waited for fresh and hot food. This location wasn't even busy at the time. The roast beef was cold and undercooked. The curly fries were stale, hard, and barely warm. The cheese dip was cold.
We live less than five minutes away and we got home to find that we couldn't even go back to ask for our order to be refunded or remade because we didn't get a receipt.
I really enjoy Arby's and just wish service like this at the Baraboo location wasn't so frequent. It's honest a toss up as to what you'll experience here.
Very disappointed!
Ordered a double beef and cheeder and a classic beef and cheeder. There was barley enough meat for a classic between both sandwiches. The fries were on the cold side and were clumped together. If the food was inexpensive I would not say anything, but it's not..
Ended up having to stop somewhere else for food.
Also, there was no sauces available.
WILL NOT RETURN!
Nothing special - just another fast food place. I had the French dip. Bread was doughy and tough, not fresh, the meat was as expected ..over processed, and the au jus was too thick and very salty. The new fried Mac and cheese bites are very good. I would buy them again even tho for only 4 pieces they seemed kinda pricey.
Just left, what a horrible experience. My roast beef was not even warmed up, it was room temperature. My husband ordered big bacon cheesy & got the deluxe burger. The woman at the counter was rude! Save yourself $30, do NOT go to this Arby’s.
