Best WLM Reviews
Went into the restaurant for a fountain drink and 2 honey mustard chicken wraps. No one was in line ahead of me. Had to wait over 5 minutes to get someone to take my order. I paid and got my drink. Started waiting for my food and it took so long I got two refills and started contemplating walking out before I got my food. I could understand the long wait if they were busy but I only saw 1 other person inside and the whole time I wrote this review no one drove by to get to drive through so I think the 5 employees inside could have handled my order in less than 20 minutes or more.
I don't do fast food to often but I was craving a Arby's roast beef and Cheddar. Didn't disappoint . It was so good. Onion bun was fresh ,meat had a good flavor. Definitely another one another time. Oh,and crinkle fries, pretty good as well.
They were understaffed, and service was not what fast food should be. The food was good. I had to wait in line for almost 15 minutes to order. When I left the restaurant, there were 10 people in line. I did see 2 people get out of line and leave.
The staff were friendly and gave me two classic cheddar cheese roast beef sandwiches for six dollars when the Arby's in front Royal tried charging extra since I wanted cheddar cheese and the roast beef was dry while strasburg's was freshly made and hadn't been sitting for hours premade and under a heat lamp.
Spent between 5 and 10 monutes in the drive thru. Just got a roast, beef sandwich and large curly fries. The roast beef tasted like it was old or burt. Even the Arby's sauce couldn't help. The curly fries turned out to be one be blob of something.
Having timed it, it took literally 33 minutes to get through the drive thru because as soon as you pull up to order you hear "thank you for choosing Arby's I'll be with you in one moment"
Apart from what should have been a 10 minute stop being 30+ minutes the Mozzarella sticks and jalapeño bites were literally soggy as if someone dipped them in warm water before serving them.
I don't blame employees at this Arby's for this experience. This is 100% on the management side failing to do theit part to enforce quality of service.
Thank god I don't live near this Arby's so I can justify not stopping by for a quick bite. Worst fast food I've had in a long time. Heck, next time I'll just go to McDonald's across the street
Just had a chicken sandwich combo here. It was great and the place is clean with plenty of condiments and napkins. I will be back.
The cheddar bacon was good curly fries were a little cold but overall it was good
