The team was amazing. Very focus and service oriented. The place is spotless, all tables were clean and ready for guests. Food was outstanding. Fresh and healthy choices. Their roasted chicken dinner is huge, came with 2 sides and dessert.
Great food, friendly service and a very clean spacious restaurant. Located just minutes from the airport. I ordered from the app, the food was waiting in the time it took me to cross the street. The free sandwich from the online purchase was a bonus. Deals everyday.
I loved the great attitude of the guy behind the drive through mic. He was VERY knowledgeable about the menu. I can't remember the last time I ordered from an Arby's. So, his knowledge & patience w/ my questions was key.
When I have a layover here in Richmond. I look forward to the originality of the difference , this particular Arby's serves home cooked meals. Rotisserie chicken and Zucchini bread, yum ???????? and delicious. This time I was served with very dry chicken breast and wing. But , the cashier corrected the order.
Do not short me one Beef & Cheddar Roast beef When I'm supposed to get 4!!!
Two for six! Ok?!! Yes .. I was mad. But! The Manager ( Paul) handled it calmly. That took discipline. I was mad but later thought... Maybe it was just a human mistake. I got it taken care of pretty quickly. So... I'll be back
Yes .. I was an Arby's employee back in the day! A six night front line closer. Worked the back line as well. Arby's in Richmond Virginia.
Mr Rio signed my check ✅ many times.
I got to cut his hair later at Mane Attractions.
When you're looking to get that fast food fix without the grease and the guilt, Arby's is one of your best choices. We visit this location the most due to it being the closest and we've never been dissatisfied.
The service is consistently courteous and the food is always fresh and flavorful. We typically dine inside and the seating area is always pristine.
I usually go with the classic Beef 'n' Cheddar. Cover that sucker in their Spicy Three-Pepper sauce, add a dab of that Horsey Sauce and that's all she wrote.
Curly Fries always seemed like a no-brainer before we explored their Crinkle Fries, which is now the obvious choice. They're seasoned so well and always taste SO amazing.
YEE-Roe? GUY-Roe? Cashier told me it was pronounced JIE-Roe, so I DON'T-Knoe. Whichever way you wanna say it give the Gyro a try because they're delicious...pronounced DE-LISH-US.
Ordered and paid online only to arrive and be informed that the fish and mac and cheese bites were “over.” 2 fish sandwiches replaced with 1 French dip sandwich. 2 orders of Mac and cheese bites replaced with 2 small curly fries. Ordered a gyro with double meat, bacon, cheese, no onion-received a regular gyro with none of that-and you could literally wring the grease out of the sandwich. All of the food was ice cold!!! Food was supposed to be ready at 8:16…we were waiting for it still at 8:26. I walked back into the place with the botched gyro and complained. I listened to the front end chew out the back end. You know, there used to be something called service recovery when things like this happened. Now, the customer is the problem and is made to feel that way. When I asked if there was anything that they might like to do to make up for all of this mess of a disaster of our dinner-all I got was, I’m not a manager. Well, then, I asked for one-and got nothing but attitude from her, and my spouse said that he had heard her earlier threatening the staff!! Not a surprise at all given my interaction with her. And, the second gyro-greasier than the first!!! We were told to call corporate…yeah, I’m not feeling that. I figured that I would just put the experience out here for the internet to read and judge. Arby’s used to be a great place to eat and I enjoyed going there; however, I believe that this was my last experience as a guest of theirs-ever. Did I mention that we drove 45 minutes one way to eat/have this experience? Thanks Arby’s!!
Went inside to order carry-out since the drive thru was closed close to closing time.
Ordered 3 brisket sandwiches, got them home and not only were they all 3 burnt and tough to chew. Some of the pieces looked like floor scrappings round balls that had been kicked around all day.
This is so out of carracter for this store, usually the food is average Arby's, and decent.
I'm sorry but I'm going to have to go up the road for awhile to get that taste out of my mouth.
