I must have ordered from here on a day when the oil was days old because I could tell when I bit into the chicken sandwich. It didn't taste hot and fresh. It tasted like it was fried from the day before and just reheated the next day. It's the same for the curly fries as well. They were stale and dried out as if it was reheated from the day before. This order was very disappointing and I've ordered from here before so I know that the food can be much better than this.
Go inside, if Charles is working you are in for a treat! Polite, kind, talkative and the food was perfect, yum :)
What a great Sunday experience at this location! Normally Arby's is not my go-to but this location is worth the stop just due to the awesome staff! My wife and daughters had to use the restroom so we stopped in. They decided to order some food and the gal behind the counter also ended up giving us a free order of small fries as well. Great experience ????
Went in ordered Togo. I ordered a half pound roast beef crinkle fries and a roast beef slider. Small drink came with it. The clerk said oh I am going to give you a larger fry because you had to wait. Watch the sandwich get put in a bag and asked if that was a 1/2 pound she said no I put in a double. I said I ordered a 1/2 pound and she changed it but as she was headed to fryer says I just give you the fries you paid for and dumped the others in the trash. That was fine with me I didn't want all those fries in the first place. But she acted as though I was trying to get away with something and that is not a good thing. It is one of the reasons we stopped going to that Arby's. Unfriendly staff and people that serve the public and don't pay attention. Started out as a good experience finish as a bad one that will .ake it another 6 months before I return. I almost didn't go because of what we have been through in the past. We have had all ki.ds of problem at that store. Things like no signature items. No roast beef a few times and no turnovers. On several occasions have asked for crinkle fries get curly ones, I get the French dip a lot but at that store they never give you the au gue, even if you ask did you out it un there they will say yes and then we leave and it is not there that has happened at least 5 times in the past. There has been so many mistakes from the staff I would rather goto McDonald's. Then when you say something they come back with attitude and disrespect.
Thank you for at least looking at this like in past. I don't see it changing for the better it has been over a year and half and nothing changes. See you again in about never.
Fast service for my online order. I even messed up and didnt order my drink correctly but the workers didnt hesitate to make me a new one. Food was yummy and sandwich came with lots of roast beef. Great job. I appreciate you guys!
This Arby's is always a pleasure. I do admit that the only thing we order is the $1 between 2 and 5 o'clock. MAN what a bargain!!!!! Any slider you want....fries....shakes..... pop, only $1. You can't beat it. We got chicken sliders and the chicken was a big as a chicken strip. We also got roast beef sliders and the staff even added special sauce for no extra charge. Don't forget the Horsey Sauce!!!!!
Arby's is one of my go to places, there open later than most places, Dbl beef and ???? cheddar. Delicious.
Arby's is always good no matter where you are consistent quality, and one of the better fastfood. Friendly staff, fair prices and quick service.
