Don't eat chicken here. I bought a chicken sandwich may 22. 2024. At 6pm.
Left then found out on the road, chicken was raw. Don't trust their food. If you do buy a bottle of imodium. And be by a toilet. Or end up in the hospital. Good luck
My wife and I went to this Arby’s for dinner this evening. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo meal with the potato cakes & she had ordered two sliders, one roast beef and one chicken along with a side of jalapeño poppers. Just an average Arby’s the food was OK. It was hot & made to order, but whoever made my chicken sandwich must really like mayonnaise a lot. I like mayonnaise but this sandwich had a little too much on it for my liking, it was dripping out from the side of the bun. The chicken & roast beef sliders consisted of mostly bread. Don’t get your hopes up too high and you won’t be let down. We also ordered a roast beef sandwich to go and when we asked the lady for some sauce she gave us one package of Arby’s and one of the horseradish. Im thinking she must have stock in the sauce. So ask for extra. We didn’t ring the bell here
So I bought a meal and she handed me my cup, I went to fill it up with ice and soda and there was no ice I asked if they could fill it up and the manager told me to go fill it up over on the Pilot side, I kinda looked at her and said no I’m not doing somebody’s else’s job and ask for a full refund and then she tried to just give me a refund for the drink, I said full refund!! I Wonder if they tell the drive-through customers to come in and fill their cups up, hmm????????????
Slow service, cold fries, dirty lobby, and no ice. You tell them it's for here, and you still get no tray, have to eat out of a bag. My sandwich was hot. I wish I would have just gone small on the fries because they are not good old.
Can't comment on the food because they weren't willing to acknowledge us as customers. Stood at the counter for about 5 to 10 minutes, saw the employees walk by at least 15 times, didn't say a word. Had time to head over to chat with the gas station workers though. Also a bunch of sharpie drawings of the the Muppets having sexual conversations on the equipment behind the counter, pretty odd.
Drive through à bit slow but they ré friendly even late at night and my order is always right abd tastes delicious my favorite fast food place
I've been going to this location for several years now. Never had a problem. Great customer service. Great rest stop!
Didn't order was told they weren't serving milkshakes right now! It's awesome wen you drive out of your way to get something get there and they tell you they don't want to sell it!! This same Arby's that told my 78 year old grandmother that she isn't allowed to come here anymore. I definitely will not be coming back!! I'll go right by my house!
