Dined inside, there were no napkins. No condiments BATHROOM was disgusting. There was piss all over the floor. I definitely will not be going back or recommended. And if I had seen the condition of the bathroom? And there were no condiments, I would have left, but it was too late as I had already ordered my food and sat down to eat.
Extremely unprofessional. Wait in drive through for 10 minutes have to ask to be helped. Go inside since I can't get help in drive through and your manager and employees are pilled out aND on drugs. Very lazy employees, place is disgusting, employees too busy talking too each other about baby daddy problems, cussing, to take the CUSTOMERS order. Walked out of this place, take your hard earned money somewhere else. DONT GO HERE, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!
This place is a mess I seen one of the employees hitting a vape Jennifer had a snotty attitude the lobby was dirty bathroom had blood on the toilet Nate and Dustin had a scream mask and was starting a fire in the back of the building make the sandwiches sloppy and gives old old food and cold fries. This place is going down hill
Food is pretty good. This location is clean and better staffed than some.
I love Arby's, but for some reason the food was not Arby's standards. Food was nasty. Staff was friendly store was clean.
This place is horrible the GM Jennifer will sale old soggy food then get a attitude with customers if they taken to long lobby always dirty and they start fires in the back of the building and that's Dustin and Nate that does that this place horrible need a new GM and all new mangers the only manger that is good is Taylor
Very clean and nice place. The people were very nice and the service was amazing, far better experiance than most places.
Giving 5 stars because the crew really rocked it this day. This was day of major storms knocking out power and shutting down lot of other businesses. The restaurant was overwhelmed with customers more than I ever saw it and the manager and staff did great at dealing with it all.
