Clean lobby music was kinda loud and self service area extremely clean ..fries were hard but still good this young lady is on break blasting her phone while watching random video found it kinda rude and disturbed my lili snack time.
Yet another Arby's that can't handle the 'dip' in French dip. Ordered drive though, in store, and deliverey. Always shorted the aju on the French dip. Called the manager to voice my concerns, and got hung up on immediately. I'm fed up with with this chain. Good food but can't get the orders right. Unbelievable.
They were too busy smoking outside to take my order. When they did, I watched my food sit there for quite awhile before they called me up-I was the only one in the restaurant. It was an extraordinarily clean Arby’s but the staff leaves a lot-really everything to be desired
I have spent all day today at emergency room , I was exhausted and starving, decided to go to Arby’s and this one was the closest…. And I am glad it is!
Young African American guy running the drive through and cash register made my day. He had a smile ,was very polite, and just genuinely was an example of what service industry should look like. Y’all better keep this kid happy , that one is a money maker. Good job, keep it up young man!
Worst experience at an Arby's. We had to wait for french fries. Which isn't too bad. But after 20 minutes. The line up front kept getting bigger. So we went up there to find out what was happening. We were told we had to wait for roast beef. We asked for a refund. The shift leader Austin said he couldn't give us a refund. He had to call his manager and find out how to do the refund. He was rude and condescending. When he finally got it he just threw the money on the counter.
No atmosphere in dive through!
But seriously, Arby's has always been good food at a decent price. I always recommend it
Didn't even get to order because the doors were locked at 10:30am!!!! Even though your sign says open at 930 Didn't even bother to go through the drive thru because it was nothing but kids inside very disappointing
BE CAREFUL ORDERING CHICKEN AT THIS ARBY'S
Chicken completely raw in the middle in chicken wraps. Husbands appettite completely ruined. Lobby was dirty, floors and many tables. Wasn't busy drive thru or inside lobby at the time, around 2:00 or so in afternoon yesterday. This restaurant needs help has gone down hill. I told a couple of friends about this, both said this place is known for problems with food and service. If I would of known I would of never stopped here to eat. I guess chicken isn't a wise choice to order at an Arby's lol. didn't have the station ready to cook chicken I was told, so they had to cook it "fresh".
