We love Arby’s but after yesterday stop, we will never at this Arby’s again. Let’s start with the employee who was on break, eating in the seating area, screaming to someone on the phone while coughing and coughing and coughing and not covering her mouth. Next let’s talk food quality. The buffalo chicken sandwich looks nothing like pictured, it was missing the lettuce and looked like it was retrieved from a garbage can. The gyros were okay with the exception of an over ripe almost rotten tasting tomato. The service was subpar. Presentation of food and actions of employees are very important. However, many Mount Vernon restaurants struggle with that.
Stopped in for dinner. It's been forever since I've had Arby's and the commercial for the King's Hawaiian BLT sounded good. Unfortunately my expectations were not met. Although the BLT was decent, the fries were really stale and cold. I got OLD fries. For the price of fast food these days, you expect FRESH. The tables haven't been cleaned so I wiped down the table we sat at myself. Counter service was quick, but there were very few people in the restaurant and we were the only ones ordering.
Fast service and excellent quality of food received. Your crew was excellent. Your Turnovers both cherry and apple was over the top!!

Got a bare roast beef sandwich instead of the Beef & Cheddar I ordered. Also, my $7.00 6 piece mozzarella stick order was completely left out. Didn't get a reciept that I could find and of course didn't realize their enormous egregious error until I got home to a very disappointed sister. Well At least the Jamocha shake was pretty good on my $32+ order. Would have called but like I said, no reciept. How convenient. Meh...
We went during a slow time. The staff were very quick. Service was prompt and friendly. Restaurant was very clean and maintained.

I didn't go there ,I went next door to Burger King( it was terrible. Buns were stale and they have really priced things to high for the products) I was stuck in the drive thru for 23 min not moving. Same car in front of me when I got in. All together almost 1/2 hour to get to junior woppers only one had any opinion. Terrible! Arby's is always good but way to steep pricing for fast fast food. Been avoiding it last couple years !
I’ve been to many Arby’s across the country. This is the best one right here! The staff working were super friendly, courtesy and appreciated their customers. The food was also spot on! This location should be used as a model for training. Totally impressed!
Myself and my daughter got the roast beef sandwiches. I believe we got food poisoning from the sandwiches. We went there this last Sunday early in the afternoon. We have been sick and just now getting over it.
