Ordered dinner after our daughters softball game. Waited 30 min and watch everyone else get their food. When we ask about ours they are clueless!! Blamed it on the girl in front not bagging the food but they had her cleaning the dinning room. No one there was willing to accept responsibility. Had to get a refund and go elsewhere. Worst experience I have had.
I visited this location on a Wednesday around 10:45 and the food was fresh and hot! The services was kind and friendly. It’s been years since I’ve had fresh hot and fast service at the Arby. The fast food on this block has been outstanding.
My husband went to arbys thru the drive thru. After paying he was immediately told to pull up so they could have better drive thru times. We live right down the street. The food was cold. The chicken in our wraps was rock hard. Our large fry was far from full. After throwing the food in the trash because that is what it was. I was told I was trying to get free food. I was also called lazy for calling up there instead of driving up there. We had spent over $20 on the food and wasted gas going up there the first time. With gas being almost $4 a gallon. I did not see this as lazy. When I asked to speak to a manager the young person on the phone changed her voice. I know this because not one person on God's green earth has a voice like that. I find it sad that I work hard for my money to have it stolen by people like this. I would never dare give people old and cold food. Much less cheat them of portions on already overpriced items. The management team is super unprofessional. I told the girl on the phone that my husband refused to leave the house for a second time this evening and she instructed me to keep the old food and bring it to her the next day. Not once in my life have I ever had anyone ask me to keep old petrified fast food to bring back at a later date. That is so sick and disgusting. In fact there have been times where they handed me the food thru the window and it has been wrong and they have told me they can't take it back thru the window. Though I insist because if it is wrong I WILL NOT EAT IT!!!! I love the fact that she decided to insult me saying I was trying to get free food when I hadn't asked for anything. I was only trying to inform her of the low quality of food I was provided. After she mocked me she hung up on me. I called back just to be mocked some more and be hung up on again because they were busy. Busy cheating people of there money if you ask me. I would suggest going to the other Arby's on Pendelton Pike or any other Arby's withing 15 mins of this one. Waste of time and money and if they wrong you they are obviously not willing to make things right. Please save yourself the headache and disappointment on this one. They aren't worth the hour of time you worked to make the money you spend there.
Came through at 11pm and they did my food food was out of mayo up front and still went to the back and got some. Carin made sure the cook through me some onions on my gyro. Only thing could’ve been better was my fries were like from the bottom of the leftover not many curled fries .Gyro was so good I couldn’t stop biting it for the picture
Takes a fair deal for a place to be listed above three stars for fast food for me. Because well. It's fast food. It's normally never oh so much better than expected. Place is still quick and polite, would give more stars for the service if I could.
Their chicken sandwich is pathetic don’t waste your time. Spent 15 dollars on a little piece of chicken with some old lettuce. Food was terrible but the shake was pretty good

Our visit was around 11pm, so you know the fries were extra dry from that heat lamp.
Our sandwiches were ok. I had the Reuben and there was not much meat on it. I haven't been to Arby's in about 7-8 months, so maybe they followed suit and scimp on the good stuff like every other fast food place.
My daughter had the roast beef. She said it was ok.
Heads up!
When you use that $1.00 coupon for a small curly fry or a regular fry your order may just consist of a single spiral fry with the rest of the container being bits and pieces of fries. I ordered the max of 3 orders and truthfully there was only one complete spiral to be had.
