This is one of the nicest Arby's that I've ever been to.
The menu is much more diverse than normal, the tables and restrooms are clean, and they actually have napkins and Arby Sauce available on every table.
Ordered to go, and it was perfect. The sandwich was good and tasty. The fries were fresh. Usually, when I go to Arbys, the fries are not hot and fresh. 5 stars
Food was good and fast. Food was ready before I could get my ketchup! Service was awesome and staff was super friendly. I always forget about Arby’s. But the experience was awesome. Also, the Gyro was fantastic. Keep up the great work!
Yesterday, we ordered 4 Fish sandwiches and 4 large crinkle fries and they were outstanding!!! The Arby's fish sandwich is the best fish sandwich we have ever had. The food hot and fresh and smelled soooooo good. The staff was friendly, fast and accommodating. My family and I highly recommend this Arby's!!
Ordered Buffalo chicken sandwich and it was completely soggy, and too much mayo. Chicken patties was all wet and no crispyness. It looked like it had been made hours ahead. Don't think I will return. Table could have been cleaner.
The employees were very friendly. My food was HOT, I always enjoy the Rotisserie Chicken, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. They have remodeled, and it looks very nice.
My wife and I (individually and together) have dined at Arby's in Mechanicsville often over the last 25 - 30 years and we've always received excellent food and fantastic service! Because the pictures in your advertisements for the new cheese subs looked to be delicious, we both ordered one each at approximately 12:45 on Saturday, October 22. When the sub delivered to us, the sub bread was dripping wet and not edible. We were only able to eat the contents of the sub. We didn't let the manager know at the time because the restaurant was fairly full and the staff was very busy.
I love Abby's food but the staff and the environment they produce is not good. Customers bother them. Employees need to understand customers pay your paychecks.
