Got there shortly after they open. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands it was dirty. There was pee all over the floor. When I went to order, not only did it take them about 10 minutes to take my order, there was another elderly lady, waiting for her order to be taken as well. They seemed to only be focused on drive-through times, as they parked every single order that came through. While standing around waiting to place my order, I noticed that the lobby was also dirty the sauce station definitely had not been cleaned the night before. There was soda all over the soda station, which shows me they had not cleaned that either. All the surfaces behind the register were also dirty, having stains which obviously signs of them not being cleaned for a while. I worked in the fast food industry for a very long time during high school in college and the amount of uncleanliness would’ve caused me or my management to lose our job. if you can’t keep the place clean, how can I trust you to cook my food?
It is a fast food place. Nothing stands out here !! Smaller than most, don't offer many specials that are very common at other Arby's
The place was really dirty the sauce container was gross dirty. The soda pop machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months we told Brandi that it was extremely dirty she just said she knows but didn't do anything about. The whole staff standing around on their phones.
The person at the counter was not good, husband asked if they had the hushpuppy fish, she said "what", asked again, "whaat", again, "whaaat", I finally had to almost tell at her and ask it, she stood there and said, What?. We ordered and I went to the restroom, he asked for a chip for the pop he ordered, she said "Whaaat", he asked again, finally a guy from the back yelled at her and said he wants his cup for the pop he ordered, she said he didn't order pop, the guy tried "yes he did, I heard him from back here". Got our food and went and sat down. The French Dip was $6.49 and it was absolutely pathetic, picture below
After we ate, I looked at the receipt and she had rang it up wrong.

I every so often must have to have a regular bun with roast beef -no special sauce, no Arby's sauce, JUST MELTED CHEESE. That's it. Meat, cheese, regular bun .... No Onion bun. No curly fries. Just meat, melted cheese, bun, DONE. ???? YUM
My order was wrong went back got my order fries were hard I almost broke my tooth the manager was just worried about where his closers were as a manager my self this is not how things should be costumers are your number 1 priority and maken them happy and he has it switched
I love Arby's, so I stopped at the location in North Bend, WA for some dinner on my way home to Yakima. When I was almost home, I realized I had left my wallet in the bathroom of the North Bend Arby's. ???? The published phone number for the store wasn't working, so I could not get a hold of anyone there. I called the Arby's customer service number and a very nice person took down my info and emailed the store. The manager called me first thing the next morning - they had my wallet and it was in their safe! Thank goodness! AND they generously put it in the mail to be sent to my home in Yakima. I can't express how horrible I felt when I realized I left my wallet there (credit cards, drivers license, gift cards, etc., all seemingly gone forever). The employees at the North Bend store are amazing for keeping it safe and getting it back to me. I loved Arby's before but now I'm a die-hard, lifelong customer. Thank you thank you! ????
Restaurant was clean and service was fast and friendly. The only reason I give the food four stars is that the bun on my sandwich was slightly crushed.
