I stopped here on my motorcycle for lunch. While there was nothing special about the food vs any other arbys I was super impressed to look out the window and see that the manager had walked out and was cleaning the bugs off my motorcycle windshield and headlight. I thought that was a great act of kindness and customer service
The store is always clean there’s good customer service and ordering through the app can make a family dinner for 4 a lot less expensive
Really upset right now... I waited 20 mins in the drive thru to grab lunch before I went to work... On the receipt it says RB Gyro meal with mozz...and French dip sandwich... My gyro was turkey and no ajus for the French dip.... What's a French dip without the ajus?!?!?!?! I got to work and noticed this and did not have time to go back... Because I work clear across town... I tried calling 4 times and they never answered... I'm really upset. So I had to take RB off the other sandwich for my gyro because I ORDERED RB NOT TURKEY!!!! Very disappointing....
The guys are awesome, they make the food extra good with a quickness that is unmatched. Best arbys ever.
I got the new hush puppy fish meal, fries were good and hot, the fish however was not, still cold inside. I was going to take it in to complain, but there were 5-6 cars in line, and Arby's are good but slow. Heated it up in the micro wave in the hotel room. I was not impressed. Lobby was closed due to lack of employees.

Waited over 30 minutes for our food, didn’t even get our drinks, asked for a refund and the manager said our order had been cleared from the screen. Manger offered nothing for our wasted time. Went to Dairy Queen and had our food within 5 minutes of walking in the door.
Ordered thru door dash. Requested lettuce, tomato, Arby Sauce, BBQ sauce and ketchup. Was charged for tomato and lettuce. None of this was included in my order. My food was cold. This is the last time I will order from or eat in at this Arby's. Obviously the workers and management don't really care about customer satisfaction.
