The servers keep messing up everyone’s orders, they messed up mine twice. The chairs are disgusting and so are the tables. The sauces are watery, drinks are very bland, there’s mold on the ground and walls and ceilings are starting to fall apart. The windows are nasty as well. When you are inside, when someone is driving through you can hear the persons order. Overall I rate this place a 2/5. This place needs serious remodeling! Arby’s also needs faster workers because it takes about 35 minutes for a singular order of one cookie and a strawberry lemonade.
The inside is bare bones. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend it. Prices are also reasonable.
Tried the Kings Hawaiian brown sugar bacon BLT sandwich...it was soooo good! Bacon was sweet and crispy, lettuce & tomato was fresh and the bun was toasted and wonderful! Also got a medium curly fries, they could have been hotter but ok. I will definitely be back for that sandwich again.
Stopped here for. Dinner, restaurant was not busy,but it still took almost 20 minutes to get our order. Staff was more concerned about drive thru than in store customers.
Today I visited after church and Sean provided great customer service and went above and beyond to talk and connect with me. Friendly customer service.
Awful. Ordered for delivery and did not get my drink. Called about it and the jerk on the phone goes "oh. Yea our shake machine is down". The staff there did not update the app for the item to be refunded. AND they threw the fries in the bag upside down. I would attach a photo of my shake but you see, I never GOT IT.
They charge u for a large drink and give u a small cup which is messed up they have decent food but if u are thirsty don't come hear cuz you'll end up paying 3:99 for a small even if u order a large drink .u want a large drink go to burger king they still have large drinks. do better Arby's
2 for $6 Roast Beef, that’s the most appetizing thing I’ve ever heard
