Everytime we've ordered here there's been something wrong, but today was the final straw, and the last time that we'll go to this location. All we ordered today was a few large curly fries, nothing could go wrong, right?
Nope.
Half of the fries were crinkle cut, and one of the fries had a bunch of chicken pieces in it. Some of those fries were for a vegetarian, and they're now throwing up.
We have NEVER had a problem at any other arbys, and the vegetarian has never gotten sick from other arbys fries. This is outrageous, they shouldn't be getting sick because of some kids incompetence. They asked if we wanted another fry when confronted, but how could we trust them to not cross contaminate?
There was no resolution, and someone is sick. Don't go here. Something will always be messed up from workers incompetence.

Staff on the ball. Cooks competent. Price, competitive, but reasonably affordable. Outlay: clean, organized, welcoming. No hassle. In, out, home, meal served . . . It's always tasty and filling. Can't go wrong when going right to Arby's. You'll be glad ya did, bet'cha.
Just go elsewhere. Took 10 mins for someone to notice I was even in the lobby and then was told to hang on lady was busy texting. Took way to long for “fast food” then everyone behind the counter was to busy having fun rather then making or bagging food. For the 50$ I spent I should have just went elsewhere.
What terrible experience at Arby's try to go inside and Order. They told me they were crazy busy so i never got to order inside. Then went to the drive thru. No one is inside at all and only 3 cars in the drive thru. What a mess. They need new management. They over 6 people working in there. Never again will I go here.
Went through the drive-thru and could barely hear the gentleman taking our order(not speaker but him) received food without fries, waved, honked, knocked on window- was looked at by 2 different people and ignored. Finally after at least 5 minutes a women handed us fries (cold). Won’t be back!!
The service I received at the window was nothing short of stellar, underscoring the dedication of the staff to providing an exceptional customer experience. Furthermore, I must express my enthusiasm for the mac 'n cheese; it truly stands out as an amazing culinary delight.
It's Arby's. Not bad food, nice service.
