Both manager and assistant manager Jacy and Jenna were terrible. Made my almost 10 dollar sandwich like this. I get this smokehouse brisket at least every other day and have NEVER gotten whatever you call this. Barely put anything on it. Was rude AF coming back to speak on it saying the meat weighed right. BULL it did. And calling back on it Manager was RUDE AGAIN! I have filed a couple complaints with corporate on this restaurant and the managers they have working there. If I could give negative stars I would.
Tried the Arby's app to get the Orange Shake! The shake was delish!, but no too crazy about having to walk in the establishment to pick up order???? or the fact you cannot order a soft drink without all that ice ???? no wonder why McDonalds is kicking it in the app realm..you can customize ANYTHING on their app.
When I went through here there was a line but it went quick. The employee was very friendly. The sandwiches were made very well. (I have gotten sandwiches half the thickness even after ordering the double.) I was overall very happy with this trip.
This is seriously like the 6th time in a row that I've come here and my order was wrong. This time, it was tragic, though... I ordered a French Dip. With curly fries. I specifically asked for Arbys sauce and Horsey sauce. They even offered it, actually, and we said yes, please, we would like plenty of both. Not only was there no arbys or horsey sauce in the bag, but there was no aus jus. What good is a French Dip with nothing to dip it in?? Nothing good at all. Just continued disappointment from a failing brand. Some on here are probably like, "Why didn't you just check your order first before driving away??" Oh Jeeze, I'm sorry, Linda, I never thought of that!! Except we did. There were 3 of us. We eat a lot of food. Most of the rather big order was crammed into one bag. It was difficult to search the entire bag and make sure it was all there. If we had, the same people saying you should have checked your bag are the same people who would be honking their horn and yelling at us in the drive-thru bc they couldn't wait to stuff their fat faces long enough for someone to check their bag for accuracy. Whatever the case or cause may be, I don't care. I've worked in restaurants my whole life. Do better. Maybe they can't. Some people just simply can't do better. Arbys, as a whole, has been one of those, at least with all of my most recent orders. Which will also be my last ✌???? too expensive for orders to be consistently wrong due to incompetence. There is no excuse. You suck.

Ordered 2 ruben,1 gyro,2 M curly fries, and asked for some horsey sauce.
Opened the bag . We got the 3 sandwiches, a handful of horsey sauce, and they gave us 1 small and 1 medium cold soggy curly fries. Very disappointed .
The receipt was right. We paid for 2 medium curls, though.
I've not had to many good experiences in the last year or so stopped tonight workers were awesome ???? food was great for the first time in a long time Ty
Just went in and grabbed a door dash for my friend and the server placed a partial order in the pickup area, when I went to grab the bag one of the workers just rang out extremely condescending, UHH YOU WANNA CHECK YOUR DOOR DASH? And then proceeded to back and forth with her coworker about how I should have known and done better. Yes, she would have informed me of the missing drinks when I got to the car. You however, apparently need to inform you how to speak to customers when you work customer service, politely telling me the orders not complete would have been for more appropriate.. and I wish I had gotten your name. If your going to feel some type of way about how we work, learn to do YOUR jobs correctly.
