Even in the middle of the day and with very few customers we came through the drive through and they still made sure the fries were hot. Honestly, it's the little things that make me come back to businesses. Where you have some restaurants with folks who don't care, they're just there for a paycheck. No pride in doing any job they do. Well, this crew absolutely gets it. Great job.
The last two times I went to Arby’s there was a bunch of tea scum floating in the tea I mean a lot soon as you take off the lid you can see it floating everywhere there is know way you can fill a cup up and not notice it and I got a roast beef sandwich with dipping sauce when I took the lid off the liquid was so clear you could see the bottom of the cup after I got done eating about a hour later I was sick to my stomach I did not drink the tea they put tape across the lid which is to keep the lid from coming off I get that but it is the first time I ever seen them do that so I didn’t check the tea the second time I never had a problem with anybody at Arby’s but very obvious that it was done on purpose this is the Arby’s in Stephens city the Arby’s in Winchester is a lot better.
We went through the drive thru, and they were really nice and got our order correct.
Food was great the people were friendly and quite helpful

Employee was pleasant, food was hot, fresh, fast, well portioned, and well priced. You really can't ask for much more than that.
Stopped in to try their new fish sandwich. It was very tasty! Served fresh and hot, and the service was first rate. The counter ninja was friendly and courteous, and even took the time to determine my veteran status. A good visit!
Typical Arby’s. Not crowded. Good service, typical food. We were just traveling through Virginia
Food was good and the order was correct. People were friendly. Drive thru so I didn't see inside.
