We stopped in for a quick bite o. Our wat to Southern Wisconsin. The atmosphere is not fancy but comfortable. Service is good. I've been here 3 times now and I have noticed the floors have food on them and some of the tables weren't wiped off. I understand if they're short staffed because customer comes first but it would be nice to eat off a clean table
Arby's is one of my go to places to eat, but after today might not be. Ordered a 9 piece wings and crinkle fries. I got 9 pieces of breading and 3/4 crinkle fries.
They care more about their drive-thru than their inside counter. Been times where I had to wait 10 minutes or more to get my order taken. I have walked out several times, lunch breaks are short.
Great food but very, very slow everytime I stop in comparison to other Arbys. I enjoy every meal here but unfortunately I don't come very often as it often takes 10-15 minutes to simply go through the drive through. Today I arrived at 1215pm, wasn't able to place my order until 1221pm (order taker said they "were slammed inside"), paid for my order at 1222 and didn't receive my order until 1231pm. There were 6 cars in the parking lot and 1 car ahead of me in the drive through and 3 behind me. Kudos for asking me "if I wanted anything for the wait" but marks against you for simply not being prepared and simply handing over a free side or something with my lunch.
Food was good. Staff friendly. A bit of a wait but not too terrible. Everything was correct.
Had a coupon for $10 meal for 2, nice little lunch date for the wife and I. Down a fryer, very apologetic, food didn't seem to take any longer even though they were little busy as well.
The food is always really good.
The people are nice and have a hard job to do, but it is really slow, especially for a "fast food' joint. I always go in knowing it's going to take a while.
The last time I was there, I went up to the counter after waiting 15 minutes to see if my food was ready and it was just sitting there getting cold. You do have to keep your eyes open for your food, as the drive thru takes precedence over the dining area. Next time I want to eat in, I'll probably go through the drive thru, then take it inside.
The atmosphere is pretty much just a quiet/dead place to eat. Not a lot of people eat inside.
I do recommend as the food is great, just go with patience knowing it takes a while.
Average wait time in the drive threw. Witnessed Poor management towards staff. Such a shame, used to be an enjoyable place.
