Paying $9 for a classic combo, you would hope for fresh and hot food. I was given fries that were so cold, it was obvious they had been sitting unsold for quite a while. Would have taken back, but I was running late for an appointment out of town and was on the interstate when I reached for my food.
Ordered inside at the counter. Only 1 order ahead of ours. While our Order was taken promptly and served quickly it was completely wrong. Neither of the combos were correct. 1 was a double beef and cheddar which was replaced with a single roast beef, no cheddar. The other was a chicken, bacon and swiss and we were given a classic crispy chicken. Halfway down the road I verified that the receipt was correct and we were charged for what we ordered. Disappointed
These works have the most vulgar language. The bathroom smells like the deadliest catch. And it takes forever to get your order. The workers are just standing around on their phones not working. I know someone who got a contract violation on door dash because of they took so long to get the pickup order ready. RIDICULOUS. and they touch your food without gloves on. That’s a BIG NO NO in my book. Don’t even deserve a 1 on the rating scale.
Got the brisket sandwich. It seemed old..edges were all dried out. The folks there were very nice. Curly fries were hot and good. I would go back..maybe get something different.
Have to say the ladies working in the front were very friendly. I had a fairly large order but sadly forgot my special needs daughter's curly fries which I realized when I picked up the order. One of the sweet workers got me the fries instantly and told me that she was getting them for her even though I offered the money to pay for it. They definitely care about their customers! And I will definitely be back! And BTW...food was fantastic... especially the Greek gyros! They're the Best around!
It's just ok. Food was blah but enjoyed the sauce selection. Tough to get back our on the main road
Just did drive thru but it was quick...and Dri e thru Female was super nice and friendly
The beef sandwich and fries were cold. No ice in drink.
