I recently went to this Arby's and got lunch for me and my wife, I will NEVER EVER go to this Arby's again! The curly fries were nothing but little pieces didn't even have any full curly fries. They were also over cooked and so hard we couldn't even chew them ended up throwing them away. My Beef and Chedder had hardly any cheese on it at all like a couple of drops plus it was smashed and cold. I had to put a slice of my own cheddar cheese on it and heat it in the microwave. I will NEVER spend my money at this place again! The people who work at this Arby's are obviously only there for a paycheck and couldn't care less about serving quality food!
That was the worst roast beef I've ever tasted. It tasted like paper. And when I was chewing it was like a rubber band
They forgot my French dip.
After I got home and realized it was missing I called and to woman on the phone simply sed "yes we have it, you can come and get it." I pointed out that I live 15 minits away and that it was a 30 minits for a round trip. she then sed "ok."
when I get there to get my sandwich the guy at the window hands it to me and walks away no apology. just me and my cold sandwich that I had to drive back to get.
they also got my drink wrong, but I can get over that.
So they didn't have any ROAST BEEF LOL. Drive-thru person was so rude. I sat in there for 23 minutes to get my food. I would have left but I didn't want to go threw the hassle of refunds and driving somewhere else ????
As I was driving past I saw a sign that said $2 for seven beef n cheddar. I went to the drive-through and asked for it and they said that it was two for $7, not $2. I believe that I saw the sign incorrectly and continue to order a fish sandwich as I was going back to my destination I looked back and saw the sign that I thought I saw which was $2 for seven beef n cheddar. I decided to turn back around and go into the restaurant I was called a liar. I told a woman that she should go outside and look at the side herself and she did as with the manager. After the two women saw the sign they apologized and said the manager did it. I Ask them if can I still get that deal because that's what made me stop into Arby's and they said no. They said they couldn't do it and it was the owner's mistake. Not taking my information so I could speak to the owner directly they proceeded to get smart. I also screenshot the sign! It was disrespectful.
Bear in mind that 5 stars on an Arby's isn't Michelin rating! It's fast food five stars. That said, this Arby's gets it done. My go-to item is a double meat Reuben with curly fries and a Jamocha shake. If I want to go a little lighter, the flavors lemonades are a good call. Fills the bill every time, and that's what I need... reliability!
This food was absolutely disgusting. I would never get food from here again some of my chicken was white then some of it was a BROWN color I’ve never seen on chicken all of the food tasted like it sat out the whole day and they waited to give that to a customer since they barely get any customers how about do better and have fresh food and you might get customers
They want you to pay $10 for a sandwich and barely put any meat on it. That is very problematic for me. I asked for curly fries not regular fries. Ask for no ice she put ice in my drink and then tried to pour off the drink from the ice. No ma'am we fix me a whole drink without ice.
