Went to Arby’s and half of my food was not in the bag when I went through the drive-through didn’t notice till I got home. I had to turn around and go all the way back after calling the store three times and no one answered ask the manager what he would do to help with the inconvenience of having to come back again when my order should’ve been correct in the first place, he did absolutely nothing had an attitude and when I asked for the district managers number, he refused to give it to me the employees there are extremely unprofessional. I will never go back there again. Things are expensive these days to be treated like this
I can only speak for the food since this was a delivery order. All I can say is never again Arby's. My order consisted of a Beef & Cheddar meal & a 6 piece chicken nuggets. The curly fries tasteless, the B & C sandwich fell apart as soon as I tried to bite into it from the runny/ watery cheddar sauce. The chicken nuggets were so hard if I threw one at somebody they'd think they were hit with a rock they were so hard. They were inedible and had to toss them out. What a waste of my money! Like I said, never again. BULLDOZE THAT PLACE!!
I've been eating at Arby's for 20+ years, including this location. Today was extremely disappointed with what they called a beef and cheddar. There was almost no cheese on it, could not taste it at all, and even the special sauce was sparse and on the center of about 50% of the roll. Not sure if this was a fluke but extremely poor preparation and not the quality that Arby's usually has. Pictures included.
I really hope corporate reads this review. This Arby's location is the worst... It's incredible to me how bad it is. Doesn't matter whether or not you choose delivery or pick up... It's consistently awful.
The fries constantly taste dry and burnt every single time. The bread tastes consistently stale and it's always hard.
The chicken filet and the fish fillet are always extremely overcooked and hard.
They're drinking machine is always screwing up and never actually put a proper amount of syrup in the fruit punch... So you end up with water with a hint of fruit punch. Plus they put more ice in their drinks than any restaurant I've ever seen.
Don't even get me started on the market first lemonades... They don't even fully feel the cup like at all... Even if you say no ice... You're still not going to get a full cup of lemonade
Today was the last straw for me. I'm allergic to lamb and I made it very clear I wanted a roast beef gyro. I was doing this through DoorDash... So to be safe I tried to call and make sure I was getting the roast beef gyro... But guess what they didn't answer.
What do I see when I open my wrapper? The gyro that contains lamb! Literally my receipt says roast beef... I even ordered two of them and I got lamb on both.
Something really needs to be done!
The Arby's Diablo Chicken Sandwich was much better than the Burger King's Ghost Pepper Whopper! My nose started running and towards the end, I had sweat rolling down the sides of my head. Of course it did not look like the advertised photo of the sandwich. The chicken patty was half the size, but still good. If you like spicy, check out this sandwich!
Four layers of heat! Crispy Chicken with natural cheddar cheese, fiery seasoning, fire-roasted jalapeños, lettuce, and a Diablo BBQ sauce on a toasted red chipotle bun.
Very friendly and attentive staff providing efficient and accurate service. Most importantly, food was great (as always!)

This location went downhill FAST! We went through drive-through the other night and their only positive was the guy at the take-out window was very nice. We ordered a roast beef gyro and we should have looked because when we got it home, it was on a steak sandwich roll (no one mentioned substitutions)! The fries were cold and, oh yeah, we tried to order milkshakes but were told by a very rude girl, "We have NO shakes!" We do not plan to return to this location. P.S. No, we're not going to contact you with more details, you're the manager, figure out what the reviews mean yourself and work on it.
