I had a gel dip fill from Laura & a pedicure from Lee - both were excellent!
Laura painted a great flower - she's got a steady hand & great artistry.
Lee gave a wonderful foot massage - so relaxing.
Salon was very nice - lovely decor, very clean & organized.
Is definitely my new go-to nail salon!
I have been to AR nails 3-4 times now and every time has been 5/5!! I have been to many other places in Jacksonville before and this place by far tops them all! Tina was fabulous as she was very thorough and passionate about her quality of care! I highly recommend this nail salon!
My new favorite place!!!! I was in the area shopping and walked in and asked if they accepted walk-ins, and they said they did. I was initially only there for a gel mani and pedi, but was blown away by the receptionist’s nail art that was done there.
I ended up having a classic gel pedicure and a full set with builder gel instead of acrylic.
Everyone was very nice and professional. My pedicurist was sweet and did an excellent job.
I love doing my own nails, and my manicurist (who did an excellent job as well) and I chatted about it and he actually shared some tips on how to do a more efficient and timely at home mani. There aren’t a lot of salons that offer builder gel sets, so when I did have it done it wasn’t great. But here, my builder gel nails look great. No lumps, or streaks, they are very smooth and the perfect length. My only tiny criticism is that I would’ve taken it a little closer to the cuticle, but I do understand why the majority of pros don’t do it.
Overall, I had an awesome experience and although I don’t live here, when I return to NC, I will definitely come back.
So sad. I got my nails done and 5 days later half had lifted or fallen off. Went back to get them fixed and after waiting 45 minutes I had to leave because my son. Came back the next day and was taken by the same lady(after the previous day I asked to have someone else). She rushed through and didn’t even check to see if the edges were straight after she shortened them. And she misses fixing a gem that fell off. Also shoutout to the lady who did my toes because I love the art she did
If somebody thinks that that’s how nails should look like after you get them done then that’s a right place for you
I ended up complaining about it because it was a horrible quick “job”. Lady absolutely doesn’t know what she’s doing. I told her that my nails feel very thin she still went over with the drill and it hurt a lot, absolutely nothing was done to my cuticles, the color was applied so far from the cuticles. She kept applying layers and layers even tho i told her i want a light color and i like it thin and clean.
After i complained another lady started helping me out, her name was Twen (i’m very sorry if it’s spelled wrong). She was very sweet, she gave me wine and she removed everything what was done before and did a way better job. She took her time to do everything and it looks pretty nice, pretty clean job especially if you compare the first lady with the second.
I really appreciate that whatever was done originally was fixed.

the only thing that i don’t think that the ventilation system was really working and this place had a very strong smell of chemicals
First time going was last night, waited over 30 mins for a pedi while the workers just sat and talked. I asked for specific colors on my nails but the tech basically did what she wanted to do and then told my total was way higher than I expected. I will not return & I don’t recommend. The only good thing is the receptionist was very nice and helpful.
so bad!!!! When I arrived I had chosen my color, they attended me, I said the color I wanted and after a while they forgot what it was... there are so many color samples that are from hand to hand that they don't realize which one I had I. They told me that I had forgotten the color! I was very sure what color I had chosen and they couldn't get it! Anyway... I had to choose another one, then they treated me as if they were in a hurry... I have material on the cuticle, all the irregular edges, poorly filed... as if they were doing it for free! we all pay for better service!
Exceptional staff and excellent service. My overall pedicure experience was pleasant and my nail tech did an amazing job. Please change the music. It is loud and not conducive for a Spa experience. The current music is club music and is the only part about my visit that could be better.
