Our server was Lonnie and he was awesome.
The food however was not awesome. Wasn't even kind of good. It was flat out horrible. Appetizers were sent out cold. And I mean cold. We got the queso dip and cheese sticks. The dip was so cold we sent it back. Came back in 45 seconds so hot from the microwave it was not edible. Ordered food next. As you can see from the pictures it was horrible. Burgers and buns that were obviously pre made hours ago. Topped with cheese and mushrooms and nuked until molten lava stage then sent out with cold fries. The Mac and cheese was so dry... like 3 day old refrigerator dry and also cold with cold fries. We will never come back to this location again and possibly never go to another Applebees again. Honestly though it seems to be a thing around here. Subpar food everywhere you go. The kitchen staff should be fired actually. Yes it was that bad. Maybe they ran out of meth?
The food was great, very tasty. Service was fast. No complaints! Clean and cozy family place!
Well lately service here has not been great. Every time we order out we either get cold food or throw together mess. This time I ordered the breadsticks with Alfredo sauce and they barely put any Alfredo sauce in a cup. Normally it’s full today. I think someone was a little too bothered to make a new batch, and just gave me the last of what they had the chicken was tough potatoes were called but they got my $35 so what do they care?
I ordered through the DoorDash app and they forgot one of the meals in my order, which is always a little frustrating but I always try to understand that mistakes happen. What matters to me is how the company handles it. I called and a girl named Sarah answered and she was so friendly and apologetic from the get-go, she got me over to her manager Brandon right away and he handled the situation very well. They can only do so much when food is ordered through DoorDash. But he did what he could to make it right, and the level of professionalism was tier 1. These days it doesn't seem like there are many companies that care about customer service, but these guys deserve five stars for the way they handled the situation.
It was a packed parking lot when we arrived but they got us a booth in less than 10 minutes! The food deals were great and our waitress, Taylen, was amazing. She was probably the nicest waitress we’ve ever had.
Just wanted to give a shout out to this place! We had a party of 10 at last minute and after we had literally been kicked out of another local establishment telling us they absolutely could not accommodate us in any way, this place went above and beyond even being short staffed to make our visit an enjoyable one. Thank you so much for the food, friendliness and efficiency of our visit last night!
So 4th time trying to get boneless wings not over cooked and under sauced, and still unsuccessful ???????? seems we will have to find somewhere else to get a drink and appetiser..
Well.....chicken wings.......my 7 year old son bit into a chicken wing and was instantly like "what is this?". As you can see from the picture completely raw. I understand mistakes happen, what i dont understand is how service chicken this raw gets dished up and sent out. "I am sorry. I wont charge you for the wings. Your mozzarella sticks will be out soon. I took $7.50 off for the mozzarella sticks" was the response we got from the manager. Now I understand that the wings were the only part of the meal that was messed up. But serving raw chicken and getting that kind of response, especially when a 7 year old just took a bite out of raw chicken.....seems alittle bit lacking the customer service I would expect.
