Sharon, our server was lovely.
We went during Happy Hour so almost all appetizers were half off. The mozzarella sticks were good, large and a lot of them. I liked the marinara sauce.
The spinach dip was good too
We did the 2 for $25 and had steak and chicken salad. I love the crispy chicken salad dressing, very good. My DH said the steak was good. We topped off our meal with the hot fudge sundae shot, which was a nice size to share with a lot of fudge and whipped cream. We think it could use a crunchy top, though.
Great price for what we got.
The atmosphere was great, it was clean, and we went during the day. While it was slow and quiet, I ordered the 50-cent wings, and I ate 30 of them. They came out kinda slow, and I was still eating by the time the rest of my group had finished, and we just talked while we waited for more wings to come out. Our waitress was polite and would check up on us regularly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will be coming back for more.
Sad tiny burger and tired little ribs. No where near what Applebee's used to be. Took forever to get drink refills. I would skip it and eat somewhere else.
-Update-
After contacting the website they responded with I received an email from Jessica who was the General manager. asking for my servers name and offered a free meal... I have no interest in eating at this place ever again (Yup the food is that bad) I responded with the requested information and my phone number in order to discuss further. I have not received any reply days later.
Overall my advice is to skip this place. There are to many other better restaurants within the same complex.
Dinner was extra amazing today due to the great customer service that Deb provided. She was an amazing server and treated each table with friendly and kind vibes. The drink and food came out fast and super delicious. Thank you Deb for being the best ever!!
Maddie was amazing! She recommended salmon with the shrimp topping! She knew her stuff! Customized everything to our liking!
Love going to Applebee’s, always great service and good food! We had Maddie as our server and she was AMAZING! So fast, she offered upgrades that made our meals so much tastier!! She’s the best!
I come here every Sunday. Samantha is the best bartender I have ever encountered. We have also become great friends. Even when she is busy I see her taking a peek at me to make sure I am doing fine. This is the Applebees in West Jordan. If you visit always ask to be seated in her area. You have my guarantee that you will not be disappointed.
We came to this Applebees location 45 min before closing and the waitress was super welcoming. The food we ordered tasted good for the most part, other than a bit too much salt. I think if I ever stop by this area, I will come to this location again.
