They normally do a good job but today must have been an ????ff day. Things I didn't want with my meal I got(????. Extras I added to my meal were omitted completely.???? (Where's the bean & corn salsa?)
Walked in hostess told us to wait she had to clean a table she never reappeared. Someone else sat us at a table very obviously not wiped down.
The server was excellent and friendly.
How ever the clientele was a nightmare. I dont know what was happening but there were kids running around, screaming, and just being generally bad. Non of the parents seemed to care. I felt terrible for the server.
Food was standard. But the atmosphere experience was so bad, ill never go back.
I ordered a Ribeye. Medium rare. It was over cooked. Our waitress was slow. No revisit from her until my meal was finished. We needed drink refills that we didn't get. Another party at a table next to ours, sat there almost 20 minutes before our waitress even came to take their drink orders.
The service was very good under the circumstances. We arrived just after noonday as the dining room was maybe half full of customers. We were seated and waited a few minutes. By the time we ordered, it seemed that the restaurant was full to capacity. Of course, the waitress was overwhelmed with customers to serve. We thought she performed very well even when being pressured by impatient customers. Anyway our food was good and waitress was very nice.
DO NOT get the asian salad unless you LOVE cabbage. It's all cabbage with a hint of the worst parts of lettuce available. I was so disappointed. My husband stood in the kitchen, picking out the meat and almonds and asian noodles and carrots. I was so angry that I just wanted to throw it in the trash.
I lived in an asian country for 3 years, I promise you they use lettuce for salads.
The food is ok but the wait is crazy long. I won't accept door dashes from here. I also won't order doordash from here bc of the long wait times. I've also had more than 1 rude employee.
It took 20 minutes to get beverages. 45 minutes to get food (saw 2 different tables get food before us, they came in afte). My steak should have been medium it was well done. We only had a table of 2 and ordered a steak and a burger for reference. We talked to the manager, and she didn't seem to care.
I went here last night. The waitress I had was very rude, he messed up my whole order. Every time i would try to ask for something he would just say ok and never get it. He messed my order 2 times and then came back and said your order is put in but that was the appetizer. He was not listening he was just rushing. Definitely bad customer service!
