Zero stars I'll just say this my son cut his hand up on the bus when it was Durham had to have surgery twice. I sued the company, and they were a better company than this one. Bus 54 is the worst I'm praying for a car this year so myself and kids can be relieved of this MIGRAINE HEADACHE.
Rude. Bus is always late. My son's bus always seems to be broken down there has been a sub since January and it's almost May now. Call and before you finish the girl puts you on hold and just lets you stay there. Then will get back on the phone and say it's on its way now then hangup
Stop finder will not work and they won't figure out why.
Zero stars ! Bus 147 Never on time! Always thirty plus minutes late. Even when they send out a text informing us of their tardiness, they still later than time promised. Then the lil liars in the office always wanna lie, “oh yea they had to help another school.” So why not send out a text or email like normal saying so, “oh we did. “ No the hell you did not! Get a new job!
Garbage company with garbage drivers, Bud 163 just comes blowing through a stop sign in my neighborhood pulled right out in front of me. I almost T-boned him had to slam on the brakes then he almost tore the front in off of my car turning. you wonder why this company has only got a two star review because they hire people who endanger the public. I think all of the company to complain and the person transfers me to an answering machine they would get zero stars if it would allow me.
This bus company is a joke. Good luck getting your kids on a bus route. Good luck getting them picked up even within a 1 hour timeframe if you manage that. Good luck getting them home without being drug around the city first. You may have to call them, a lot, and even sometimes argue that your children haven’t been dropped off while they swear they have been. You know they haven’t been because you’re actively watching their location on your phone moving across the other side of the city. Sometimes the bus will hit signs because they tend to make a lot of wrong turns. Your kids will then have to sit on that bus while they wait for an officer to show up for a report, and even though they have a radio and a text/email notification system they won’t use it to let anyone know. Instead, you’ll notice the bus is late and when you check the location you’ll see your kids are showing at some random duplex for a long time and in a panic rush to them. These won’t be isolated events or even isolated years. It will be consistently an issue for year after year in a row, unless you have a pandemic occur. Then you will catch a break. The buses are always broken down, and many substitutes wont listen to the kids when they are begging them to turn around because they don’t live that way. For a previously voted best place to live city, you are putting your children at risk using the school system buses. Good luck.
This company is a nightmare as a student. My bus comes late every single time! Its annoying! Sometimes I have to go to the school office to get a late pass! I get why there are bad reviews. It goes elementary school bus, my bus (middle school bus) than high school bus, I has here after the high school bus came. They told me there was no bus driver for my bus. So I has to be driven. My mom can't drive and my dad goes to work. If I ever had kids one day they ain't riding these buses.
This company is a JOKE! My kids have been late to school since the first day of school. My daughter is constantly having to ride a different bus daily. Today the driver missed her stop and didn't go back. It is after 9:00 and my daughter still has not been picked up! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!
It's no longer Apple and they're even worse now. Bus drivers don't know routes, they'll miss stops, they'll be late by over an hour or they'll show up 30+ minutes early and then blame the kids for not showing up. They've even had bus drivers get arrested.
