This bus company is a complete JOKE! They are literally ALWAYS late in the mornings and in the evenings. My baby get home hours late and they are hours late picking him up in the morning too. School take in for 8:15 a.m but he arrives DAILY after 9 a.m. missing valuable class time. I’ve called and complained numerous of times but still nothing! I’m also holding his school accountable for even using this company. If I can give zero stars I would! DO BETTER!!!
Would give 0 Stars. The company and and driver are very rude and arrogant. Hope Carver never use their service ever again. My daughters hate catching the bus.
The drivers for this company is TRASH like these are kids standing outside 20- 30 mins after they supposed to be picked up... like how you have to learn a BUS route everyday ... we didn't have this problem before an thus need sto be addressed
Sb-131-every morning he is speeding up North Galvez Street at least 45-50 mph I know this to be true because I'm outside between 7:00 & 8:00 am Monday through Friday he Never slows down
While all businesses on both state and federal levels are expected to operate on ethical principles and adhere to moral standards, Apple bus company do not. They do not care about our kids safety. I will be making a complaint beyond this review to the commissioner. This is what happens when contacting and monopolizing is evolved. They get comfortable and let their guard down because they feel they can't be replaced.
Shame on Orleans parish School system for even contracting with a one-star Van company to haul special needs children to school and back. This school year has been a nightmare with this van company. They come at random times. I cannot wait in the cold with my autistic daughter who has multiple disabilities for whenever they decide to arrive to pick her up. Some days they'll call and let me know when they're in route other days they don't.They have left my daughter even though we were home waiting. The van act like they can't even do a U-turn to pick my daughter up when they leave her... as if they've really traveled that for it be an inconvenience. Unacceptable.
Apple bus in New Orleans have to be the worst school bus company in the country!!!! From upper management to the drivers!!! Why would you put 2 routes on one bus and the kids are an hour or more late getting home???? And then they don’t notify the parents and when I called Apple, they had a whole attitude and was very unprofessional!!!!
If you’re looking for quality, dependable, reliable, responsible transportation, look elsewhere and do not look back. My child’s stop was skipped several times so the driver could get to the school on time. Not to mention, the time a pencil was lodged in my child’s leg bcz the driver has a lead foot and she didn’t even pull over to call an ambulance. All I got was an apology and my child got a scar for life. I can go on but you heard enough. I hope this company realizes that their handling the future of our families and our communities, our children. They definitely need an awakening. I wouldn’t give one star if it wasn’t necessary to post.
