It was awful. After giving this company a lot of business they have treated me and my wife horribly. They have lied and been disrespectful to us both. The towed our car back to our house and the drive rolled the car over the hill through our neighbors yard and into a tree. They only offered to take the car to the junk yard for us. They were supposed to do that the next day but didn't come until 3 days later and were 45 minutes late getting here. They said they would take it to the junk yard and bring the money back by 2pm. At 1:45 we called and they said it would be about 45 minutes so we waited. Then about 3:15 we called again and they said the driver was in Charleston and would bring it later that night. I called them about 7:30 and they said that they weren't bringing it because they office was locked and they would have the owner call me but he never did. The next day they said that someone came to the house and knocked on the door but we did not hear them so they would not bring the money back to us and the owner who said they will not bring it will not talk to me on the phone. Bottom line is they are disrespectful, dishonest and bad at their job seeing this all started because they dropped my car over a hill into a tree.

I had a tire blow out on a major highway. I called this company for assistance and was pleased that they responded within the time frame given to me. The driver was very pleasant and kind. I appreciate the understanding and consideration that I was given. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Stator on my motorcycle went out on a trip from Indiana to Virginia (14 hours). Got towed within 30 minutes on the turnpike, about 20 miles out of Beckley, WV. Got taken in the tow truck to advance auto parts to buy parts to fix it, then got the bike dropped off at the towing lot. Was even given a ride afterwards to get food and drinks for the night. The next morning, the owner personally drove me to the U-Haul store/ Enterprise car rental because my bike needed parts that needed ordering, so I decided to tow the rest of the way (7 hours) to Virginia. He even offered some cash for me to get some breakfast, but I declined. Later that morning while I was figuring out the rental truck situation, the Tow truck driver called me to make sure I was OK, and if I needed a ride. Thats genuine caring-- nobody asked for them to do this for me.

I paid $100 for all of this.

That same night, another man was towed in behind me with the same alternator/ battery charging problem on his SUV, about 15 minutes after me. Same situation as me, was taken care of very well, and dropped off to the hotel. They had his car up and running with a new alternator from the auto store before he even woke up at the hotel at about 10 am, and left to go pick him up from the hotel. I know because they had to move his SUV for me to be able to load my motorcycle into the truck. I left the tow yard with my motorcycle in the back of a rental truck at 11am, and the mechanic on staff there even helped me ratchet tie it down.

Talk about service. FIVE STARS. These people will take care of you, and treat you right, as long as you show respect for them (which you should show to everyone anyways.)

My daughter wrecked her car on rt 3 and they came and got both cars that where involved in the wreck. The guys wife drove the roll back and I helped him in loading the cars. He tore the front bumper up on my daughters car putting the lift under the front. They charged my insurance over $1000.00!!!! They charged $150.00 for a helper, charged a gate fee,( don't understand that) NO WAY WILL I EVER LET THEM TOW ANOTHER CAR!!!!

They towed my car and I paid them they have called me three times saying that my card isn't working and they haven't been paid. Everytime I prove to them that it has been paid. They say it's a mistake I don't see how you could mistake of trying to charge someone double three times. They are not honest at all and was very disrespectful to me and cussed when I proved to them I've paid.

We broke down and called this agency to tow us. We were located on the main highway and yet the driver never found our location and insinuated that we were lying about the location that we broke down. It took us two hours of phone calls before we turned to Beverages Towing and they arrived within 25 minutes.

My buddy's car got towed & I called to use my bank card to get it out for him & the owner said on this particular case he will not release the auto unless its paid for in cash???? They do take cards so I do not know why the owner is being such an ass??? I can't get there today but can't wait it I see them face to face in the morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
