Apollo is an all-powerful king of the Taxi God's. Best rates, They are always on time they are alway respectful. Some of the cars are freaking amazing. Add to some of the cuties drivers ever, and you'll never want another car service aside from Apollo!
As a driver I have very bad experience. Not sending you Zelle on time. Letter make excuse. Drivers be careful work with Apollo.
Terrible customer service. T723434C Grey Toyota. Very Rude. Arrived late and cursed me out because I told him he was going the wrong way. Please beware of this man!!!
Dispatcher is very rude ALL THE TIME. You call and there’s no good morning or anything just “WHERE YOU AT WHERE YOU GOING”. Then when they find a car they scream 3 min 3 min, and hang up. They don’t wait for a response to assure you heard them, they don’t tell you what color car, no information at all. I called the guy back to let him know that was kind of rude and he just yelled “IM BUSY IM BUSY”.
The driver didn't get out to help me with my groceries and he tried to over charge me
They answered their phone quickly. They sent one of their cars within 5 minutes. Their driver concentrated on driving. We took a different route than usual but got home fairly quick. I will use their car service again. Their fare charge was fair.
They were very nice but they gave the wrong coordinates to their driver and they had us going in the wrong direction for a long time but I corrected the driver and he was was nice enough to only charge me $12 for the ride
