Very very very very very slow when you call about your vehicle getting up fit you get a runaround text too long

We recently were in a pinch in Johnstown and Dan took great care of my us. It was on a Saturday as well and Dan tried his best to get the truck on the road so the driver doesn't have to stay there until Monday.

I am writing this review to express a distasteful experience that my family had with Apollo Northeast Sales and Service today. My father was in a car accident this morning and his vehicle was very damaged. Apollo was called, probably by the police or other first responders. Before the driver loaded the vehicle onto the tow truck I specifically asked what the tow charge would be to bring this vehicle to my preferred body shop, about 8 miles away. The tow truck driver informed me that he would have to call his Boss (his father) but could not give me an estimate at that point. He requested that he just be allowed to put the vehicle onto his truck and we would work it out. Once he got the vehicle onto his truck, the tow truck driver informed me that the fee was going to be 650.00 dollars for a 15 minute ride to my preferred body shop or it would be a free ride to his own body shop. At this point, they have you and your money either way. Could he have informed me that the cost would have been exorbitant? Probably but this is the way they lie, cheat and steal from honest customers. My recommendation to all online forums will be, "do not trust this company. They run a scam. They are untrustworthy and are not honest with their customers. Avoid at all costs."
Wouldn't really reccomend if you need to get pulled outta anywhere quick. Took more then 30 mins to come less then a mile. By the time they came we were already out.
I think these guys are great! Best in the business. They worked on my work trucks and our personal vehicles. Always satisfied.
