David and Apex were great. My new Ram 1500 was damaged in the hurricane. They show up and replaced my windshield the following morning. When they were done my glass was perfectly installed. They even amoraled my dash and console. I'll be using them for any future windshield needs. Gotta love a company that's willing to go the extra mile.
UPDATE: Had to hire Camiel to coordinate the replacement of a 2nd car windshield of mine and received the same service I received last year. Quick, respectful and professional. Camiel’s number is now saved in my phone for easy accessibility.
Camiel had the best customer service from the moment she approached me. She handled my windshield replacement with such ease, one less headache that I have to worry about. Windshield replaced the next day, and she called to follow up to make sure that service was up to my standards. I had to refer her out to my sister and two other family members whom were extremely satisfied with her service as well. She has been amazing and I will be sure to contact her with any auto window repairs moving forward! Great job Camiel White!!!
Zach was super nice, professional and knowledgeable he answered all the questions I had and got the process done quickly! The install people did an amazing job and changed my front windshield in no time! I will definitely recommend Apex Auto.
STAY AWAY!!!! - When I called, their process was different than everyone else I called for a quote. (i.e. - I couldn't find their website) This caused me to pause and question if I should even move forward. However, I did. No one could replace my windshield for 5 days. They came out the NEXT MORNING. Maurice did a great job. He was quick and professional. He communicated prior to arrival and I was VERY pleased with the results. HOWEVER, though they quoted me $800 if I paid, they charged my Insurance over $3300! THIS IS 3 X MORE than anyone else. AGAIN. STAY AWAY.
If you are in need of a professional installation of new auto glass, I highly recommend Apex. Brad was great at identifying the right glass and he was able to quickly schedule to have 3 of our vehicles taken care of right in our driveway. My husband and I were also extremely pleased with the technician. Apex service was too great not to share with others. Thus, we referred several family members, and they too are well satisfied customers.
Camiel was the young lady that approached me in a Walmart parking lot and initially of course I thought it was some kind of scam, but she explained to me that she could help me replace my windshield and get it replaced at no charger if I had full coverage insurance. So within a day I have a new windshield and the company came out to my home and two young men from this company had it done within 15 minutes....very professional, and did an excellent job. I can’t say enough good things about this company and I highly refer them. Hats off and kudos to this company fort a job well done! Teamwork is dream work!
William came to my house and showed me my damaged windshield could be replaced at no out of pocket expense to me. He signed me up in no time at all and I was taken care of by an installer that worked just as good. I have a beautiful new windshield now and I’m going to have my moms replaced through apex 941 next week I recommend it to everyone one hundred percent satisfied
UPDATE**- Do not trust Denver as far as you can throw him. He bribed me with cash to have another windshield replaced. I had already used him once before and had a good experience and no problems. However, I have been contacted by my auto insurance company 3 months later to tell me his company has billed my insurance over $3000 for the replacement windshield that they did in December 2022. I cannot contest this because I signed with an electronic signature, which I willingly did without question because my first windshield replacement went smoothly. I tried to contact Denver and his response was “LOL”. Not to mention he never even came thru with the cash payment he offered. Kept telling me he hadn’t been paid his incentive for the windshield from his company. I have all text messages to prove this. Absolutely unbelievable!!!
Denver delivered exceptional service and experience. I had 2 vehicles replaced same day, quick and easy. Much better quality windshield than the Safelite I had.
