There is a lot to be said for consistency, they are open the same hours all the time. When you roll out of bed on your day off and yes on occasion I sleep in, I want to know the resturaunt I plan on dinning at will be open. I tried Carolyn's today because the breakfast place I usually frequent was once again inconsistent on thier hours. This being said. I am glad I tried Carolyn's.The waitstaff is very friendly, very accommodating, they keep the coffee full! I will be honest, I always order Chicken fried Steak. That is what I ordered today. It was not horrible but it did not wow me, it was alright. The hashbrowns were not as crispy as I like but they were okay. I think just a few more minutes on food prep and maybe consider a new food supplier, maybe ad a pinch of paprika some seasoning on the food would improve it. Cooking is an Artform and a craft and we can always learn to improve.I think maybe even investing in some mild spices like Thyme, a pinch of Garlic,maybe a pinch of Onion powder. That being said I will try them again. It is not the kind of place you wake up craving, but it is clean, friendly, reliable seemingly, and sufficient. I look forward to seeing them improve. Great price decent food..off the beaten trail. It is better than fast food

I called up there to schedule a to go order and they had the worst attitude about it, I go eat here often the food is great but some of the customer service from some of the workers is sad.
Great breakfast, cheese bites and burgers. Better than most in town give it a try.
Excellent food, friendly service and very clean.
Breakfast is ok but they only have quickly lunch and no suppers
It was good place the owner needs to stay out of the casino's it would be better
