Called business and asked for an estimate from point A to B(gave specific addresses and mileage) manager Abdul quoted approximately $20. I agreed to fee. Once in the cab about halfway to my destination, Abdul asked for payment. When I looked at the meter it was off and I asked why wasn’t the meter running. Abdul stated since he had given me an estimate there was no reason to have meter running and again asked for payment. I stated I would make payment after the trip was completed. He basically threatened to remove me from cab if I did not pay the $20 before I reached my destination. Once I voiced that I would report his unusual behavior to the proper authorities did he complete the trip. This man should not be allowed to transport people and behave the way he did. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful and disturbing behavior
Called trying to talk about reserving some drivers and the guy hung up the phone. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. If you do take reservations then fine, but at least try to work with your potential customer.
In response to the owner's comment below, no thank you, another company was happy to help and did fantastic, and being hung up on is not a misunderstanding. "Sorry, we are unable to help you with that, but is there anything else I can help you with?" That's how you communicate clearly and respectfully.
Best driver I have ever had. Always can count on him and just overall a great person. We need more guys like this driving. Very clean and respectful driver. If you need a ride anywhere this is your guy.
Driver was polite, but when I got to my destination and asked how much I owed for the 5 minute drive, the driver asked me how much I had. I only had a 20 on me, and wasn't even given change. Last time I'll use this service.
Can't tell time?
I just called to get a taxi today for "twenty minutes after one". The person who answered the phone said, '1:40'? I said, "No, 1:20", he said 12:30, I again said 1:20, he said 12:40? I again said twenty minutes afte one and said the numbers one, two, zero, he said yes, 12:30 and when I said no he still seemed confused so I hung up as I had no idea of when a taxi might actually show up!
I called.for a guy waiting outside highland hospital, they were very courteous, told the gentleman how long of a wait he could expect and showed up on time
In the middle of the ride the meter stopped working the alternator went bad the transmission wasn't changing I think they should have more reliable cars
Robbed me of my money and was rude about it and left me stranded for two hours at the store to go pick up somebody else baby never again will I ever
