Restaurant atmosphere could use an update but regardless what great service and delicious food. The waitress was kind and hard working. And the papusas and food was delectable. Authentic, hearty, and savory. Only two people I could tell running this place but.. I was very impressed! Thanks a bunch..
I have been here three times, almost no people and they still manage to take more than 40 minutes to serve the food. If you don’t mind Driving to Mendota , go to the Morenita much better food much better service
Food is delicious, they make handmade corn tortillas!! Make food the way you want it. Very friendly service. Nice atmosphere, we eat breakfast and dinner there , prices are good.
I’ve been to this place millions of times and never experienced such rude customer service. The server messed up the order and got mad because I told her about it… The cook then comes out to give me attitude because her daughter messed up!!? SMH and they still charged me for the food they messed up on when they kept the food!! Like ? 0/10 NEVER coming here again.
This Salvadoran restaurant was excellent. They have an extensive menu of both traditional Salvadoran foods and Mexican foods. The Pupusas were fresh and were a perfect size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If I'm in the area again, i will definitely be stopping here for another meal.
30 min wait for our food (there was only 1 other table when we ordered) asked them to box it up instead only to wait another 15 min and get an attitude from the server after i told him to just give me what was done because I needed to go. Had me wait a few more minutes (order was still incomplete) and end up getting in a yelling match in front of a room full of people. As if the place didn't already have a bad reputation, the waiter decided to show how bad the service really was publicly.
Delicious Pupusas! Ordered to go on a Saturday afternoon around lunch time, wait was about 15 minutes not too bad, I’d call in my order ahead of time next time. I’d definitely like to visit this place anytime I’m in Firebaugh. I tried the cheese and chicharron pupusa and my friend tried the chicken , all delicious. Served with a tasty slaw and salsa. They have fountain sodas and canned and bottled sodas, waters for to go orders. Friendly service in Spanish and English. Great Saturday lunch!
I love the tasty food here! Edith, the owner, and her employees are great group of people that supports the community and serve authentic delicious homemade food.
