???????? MÉXICO (via Eat the World Los Angeles) - Tinga de pollo sometimes makes its way onto a taco menu, but tinga de res is more rare and one of this family's best offerings. It should not be missed if this is your first visit, and is hard not to re-order even on a return trip when there are things you have not tried yet. The shredded beef in a chipotle salsa is the perfect choice for quesadillas, pairing so nicely with the crisp lettuce and multiple cheeses.
Customer service is bottom tier. Phone line has unknown amount of waiting time. (20 min or higher) The location is always with homeless. The food can be better.
best quesadillas on this side of town! i ordered two & one was more than enough for me, i ate half of the second one & was SO full. omg, they're so tasty, filling & satisfying you'll be coming back for more. the cheese is super melty & the salsa is fire! as a vegetarian, it'd be great if they had a second vegetarian option because if what they have on offer is bomb (rajas de chile!), then imagine how good that other option would be? you just can't go wrong here.
Great service but the masa lacks flavor .also i suggest lettuce instead of cabbage.the meat and salsas were very tasty
I got the mole quesadilla and chicken tinga quesadilla. my favorite place since we tried them for the first time four years ago.
Best Quesa inos Angeles. Great selection. Highly recommend trying the Chicharron Verde and the Tinga de res quesadillas.
Food is pretty great!! Can't go wrong with la quesadilla de Asada!!
